+ -1 moreEverything was very beautifully done and turned out great. My overall experience with her was very good. The only thing that was the tiniest bit negative, was that she forgot about our first appointment and had to reschedule. There were absolutely no problems after that. She came and met with me, and then actually delivered the window seats to my home when they were finished, which was great. She does a wonderful job.
Description of Work: I went to their warehouse in Phoenix and everything in there was gorgeous. It really makes you want to redo your whole house. I decided to have her do two window seats for me. I provider the fabric for them and she did a beautiful job. They were $85 each. I then decided I wanted to get pillow tiebacks made for my four chairs. Those were $35 each. They were very cool, and she did not end up doing just tiebacks, she did actual snaps, which I thought was great.

Description of Work: Very happy with the service I received from this company. Love my cushions that they made for me for my window seat. Ted, the proprietor, even took me for a walk through of the facility. I was able to see jobs they had in progress and also finished items. They do excellent/beautiful work. I took them the fabric and other items for the project. He indicated that they would use superior padding and trim instead of what I brought and showed me what they would use. They did not charge me extra for those items. I was quoted at least 3 times what he charged me, at another place of business. Would highly recommend them and of course use them again... + 0 moreI have used them before. I think they are great. They do wonderful work. They are friendly. I have had quite a bit of work done by them. I have been absolutely thrilled with their work. I’ve had large chairs and a bench re-upholstered by them. I took in my own fabric. The labor charge for doing the bench was $75. They charged $300 each for the large chairs, which included re-doing of the wooden legs. There was a chair that was completely re-upholstered, including the legs and the arms. They do have some fabrics there. I also had a swiveling desk chair done by them. I had found it at a used furniture store. It was in great shape, but the upholstery was awful and the wood wasn’t looking good. They redid the wood. I wanted the upholstery in a robin egg nest blue in ultra suede. The lady there had the perfect fabric for me. She didn’t charge me for the fabric. They had to do a lot of work on the wood. The chair looks gorgeous. I think they did the work so well because I am a good customer. I have used her services before for a lot of re-upholstery work. The work done by them is incredible; it is just so neat.

Description of Work: I've worked with Eva at European Custom Upholstory for years. She is a delight and knows her business: fabrics, design, quality, etc. My daughter had three chairs upholstored by Eva and over the years I've had chairs upholstored and pillows made. Their work is terrific; their showroom is large and clean; they are easy to work with; and, their time estimates are right on. Ask Eva if she can help you get the fabric you need.
