Description of Work: Don not need to use them in the future. One energy audit performed for $99. Then cleaning and sealing all the duct work was another $2,956.00.I have a large home, but looking back it sure seems expensive and I can only assume that my home is now more energy efficient. They were very pleasant to work with in any case.

 + -1 moreThey performed the home energy audit on 26Jul14, however , we never received a copy of the report, nor a follow-up meeting to review the results. We have tried contacting them multiple times but with no success. This is completely unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this company and certainly would not recommend them to perform any work if they cannot even schedule a meeting to review the results, nor provide a copy of the report that we paid for already!!
Description of Work: We purchased a Groupon for a Home Energy Audit performed by ERUS Builders, and they were to schedule a follow-up meeting within 3 days of the audit to provide a copy of the report and to review the results of the report.

 + -1 moreThey handled all the subs, who showed up when scheduled and did the work in a short amount of time. the solar water heater passed inspection with flying colors. ERUS handled the rebate application and arranged interest free financing for us.
Description of Work: Provided an independent energy audit for our house, checking for duct leakage,etc. Sealed the ducts, coated the roof with radiant heat barrier polymer and installed a solar water heater

 + 1 moreThey do an energy consultant visit to do an energy audit. From there I got a solar hot water heater. They did a radiant barrier and cleaned my air ducts. They explained everything and the service was pretty fast. It has to pass the inspection by the FRP which is the local energy company to get your rebates. All the work that was done was good. They've been responsive to any questions I've had afterwards. The price is not cheap but over time I should recoup all the expenses I had.
Description of Work: I last used Erus Builders for a solar water tank, radiant barrier and they cleaned my air ducts. They came out last week to put on a coating on the piping to keep it from deteriorating in the sun.
