EPCON Solar

As you can see from the above statement all did not go well. At this time the solar is up and functioning, with the kwh usage of 277 for Feb or 2015 as opposed to 1400 kwh one year ago, before solar. As I said we have no fault to find with the quality or installation by the subcontractor Franko Electric. Epcon however has been completely unable or unwilling to make right the lost incentive due to their inept paperwork. Further there is apparently no number that results in communication. Previous contacts have left the company and phone numbers generally do not connect the customer with anyone in authority. Messages left are not answered, whether text, voicemail or email. At this time I am still hoping that we will have some contact from Epcon Solar though searching online for contact information infers they may be out of business. My contact with the Nevada Contractors Board however thought they were up and running again after (according to Epcon representative Reza/no longer with the company) their Nevada activities were "frozen" until some problems could be worked out. If anyone has any information that could be helpful or if Epcon honors their promises, I will certainly update in a positive manner. If Angie's List has any suggestions for any further effort on or part, that too would be appreciated.

Terrible. They were very attentive until they got their money but now I can't get them to answer a phone call or email. They cost me an extra $2100 and don't seem too concerned about it. To make matters worse they do not have a Nevada contractors license and are operating in Nevada illegally. The Nevada Contractors Board is preparing criminal charges against the company's owner.
