 + -1 moreEngle Homes was professional and friendly. Eventually, the job was completed and done right, but it took awhile. I think most likely the job was too large for them and took them longer than expected, but the end results were fine.
Description of Work: Engle Homes put all brand new wiring in my 4000 square foot home.

 + -1 moreDesign center was just atrocious, they did not have the right sample colors and then tried to convince me I picked hideous color combinations, luckily I documented my picks on film and when I brought out the pictures they changed the colors to what I wanted. What a mess, and lousy experience.
Description of Work: OK, we just finished our home built by Engle and I can tell you, they are not cut out to build high end homes. From the very first visit to the design center it was obvious this was not going to be a good experience. They wanted us to pick out everything, appliances, colors of tile, etc., a year before the house was even done, and then they barely give you enough time to do that. We had a lot to choose from for 4000 square feet and we had to fight them to let us come back a 2nd day. If you are building a higher end home I would definitely NOT go with Engle.

 + -1 moreCAN'T SAY ENOUGH HOW GREAT THIS BUILDER IS. ALL THE WAY FROM SALES, SUPERINTENDENT, WARRANTY SERVICE. EVERY PERSON I DEALT WITH WAS PROFESSIONAL AND HAD A GENIUNE INTEREST IN MAKING ME HAPPY BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER THE SALE. BEST HOME PRICE FOR THE MONEY. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. ENGLE WARRANTED ITEMS EVEN AFTER THEY WERE NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY. 100% SATISFACTION.
