The triple-pane windows' insulative quality is amazing. Our living room with 2 huge windows always had the insulated curtains drawn all summer and still we avoided it as it was always 5-10F hotter than the rest of the house. With the record breaking heat this past weekend, we are able to comfortably sit in our living room with the curtains open! We have huge overhang and huge trees on the south side of the house so the windows never got direct sunlight, so we didn't think much of the slight tint the new windows came with. A surprise bonus was that it's a lot harder to see inside the house from the outside now.
We were very impressed with the warranty that came with the windows. Much better than other windows we looked at. We weren't able to find information on long-term reliability of the windows we got (few studies are done, and they only covered the few nationwide big-name brands) so it gave us a peace of mind to have the incredible warranty.
We are now going to save up to have the north windows replaced!
From the sales presentation to the installation everything went smoothly and they did what they said they would do. The triple-pane windows we chose are extremely high quality and give the house a new feeling of substance and security. I can really feel the difference in some of the rooms where there is a lot of sun exposure.
The entire experience was very positive from the sales person, the person who did the measurements, the installation crew and the person who did the final walk through. All of the contacts were professional, courteous and prompt. The work site was left very clean and our floors were protected with tarps. They demonstrated the operation of the windows so we were certain to be comfortable with our use of them. The quality of the windows is excellent and we are very pleased with the end result.
Our home was built in 1979 and had the original aluminum windows. Our new windows have decreased the amount of dust and noise. We are confident they will also keep our home cooler in the summer as they are keeping the cold out now. The appearance of the windows has improved the look of our home from the inside and outside. They provide a much more secure feeling as the case and triple panes are very sturdy compared to the old windows. We would definitely recommend Energy One to others.
A man came a few days later and measured everything. He was punctual and courteous. Moved quickly and had us all measured in no time. The installation team called next to schedule the date of install and explained what we should do to prepare.
Our home is 20 years old and our windows were barely functioning. Just the cheapest, cookie-cutter home windows. They weren't opening very well and the seals had failed on many of them. We could feel heat coming through in the summer and cold in the winter. Also, the wind would rattle them and whistle. We were in desperate need of an affordable and reliable product.
Very glad we found Energy One. They came to install and the crew was clean and efficient. They took good care of our home as they came in and out. Within about 6 hours, they had replaced all of our windows and hauled off the old ones. The few days after the install was very windy here in Mesa. Where usually we could hear the wind and feel the draft, our home was now whisper quiet. We could see the trees and bushes moving, but could not hear the wind. No draft, no rattling, no pressure build up. We also love that the windows slide open easily and open from both sides.
Couldn't be happier with entire experience and product. Our home is already warmer than it has been all winter. Our heater hasn't turned on since we installed the windows. I am confident that the windows will save us money over the coming years.
Great decision and we highly recommend Energy One Windows.
Our house was built in 1982 and only half of the windows had been previously replaced when we purchased it three years ago. The original windows were single pane and almost completely rusted closed. Standing next to the windows was just like standing outside; they didn?t block anything. We had received a quote previously from a well-known window company to replace the windows (three bedroom windows, one bathroom window, one dining room window and a very large living room picture window) and felt that the estimate was seriously overpriced. We forgot about the idea until James from Energy One knocked on our door and asked if we had thought about replacing our windows, as they appeared to be original. James did not come across as your typical door to door salesman who you just want to go away, so we set up a meeting.
James was very personable, professional and enthusiastic about his job and the products from Energy One. We were impressed with the quality and look of the triple pane windows, as well as with the fact that they are made in the USA with a great 30 year warranty (transferable if you sell your house). The windows have great features and options (which are included with no extra fees) and James had an actual window with him, so we were able to have an exact visual of what our windows would look like.
Due to the way our windows were originally built, the install took a bit longer then we were told it would but it was still finished in one day. Nick and his installation team were awesome and kept us updated regarding the issues with the window removal and install. They cleaned up all debris and gave us a quick demonstration on how all the windows operate before they left. As it was dark when the installation was completed, my husband and I did a walk around the following day. We noticed that a few of the window screens seemed to have been cut short and were loose in the frames and the frosted panes in our bathroom window were installed with the textures going opposite directions. When we called Nick to let him know our issues he was
immediately responsive and had all new custom screens made for our windows, even the one that we hadn?t noticed any issues with. The bathroom window was also replaced promptly. When we were completely satisfied with the windows, the
painting crew then came out to the house and sealed the windows with caulking, which they made an exact match to the outside house paint color.
One thing that I wish we would have been aware of prior to install was that a torch was to be used to remove the original windows. It was very loud and created a bad smell due to the burning rubber seal. This is a completely normal way to remove windows; however it didn?t even cross our minds until the windows were removed. So if you have toddlers, maybe plan an outing during the removal process.
We are very happy with our windows. Energy One is very customer friendly, professional and easy to work with. We absolutely
recommend them!
But they had a really good price on the windows and a quality product. Everyone was great to work with from start to finish.
We had to have another contractor make an opening for the sliding door and all the measurements provided by Energy One were spot on. I can't be more pleased with the product and install.
I wanted to mention that there was a problem with one window during the install where the frame was cracked probably during manufacturing. It was something that I may have not noticed, but they actually brought it to my attention. They immediately ordered a replacement and got it installed within a few days. I was very happy with their attention to detail and doing the job right.
We purchased 25 windows that very day to replace the whole house and expected delivery was 5-6 weeks. They were actually installed in 2 1/2 weeks. I do believe the early installation was to my being agreeable to install the busy holiday month. Our experience with Energy One has been outstanding. James was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Nick the one that measured and served as the site manager was easy going and a pleasure to work with. Kenny, the installer, and his crew of many did a great job with the two day installation. The house looked like a bomb had gone off while working but cleaned to perfection upon leaving both days. Kenny and James both explained how the windows worked which is amazing to me. Stucco repair was done few days after installation followed by painters that were outstanding. I have no complaints and my husband is pleased with the product. The new windows look beautiful inside and out and have made a huge difference with our curb appeal. I guess I do have one concern and that is how to keep the birds from flying into the 14 picture unscreened windows! They just look that good!
When it came time for installation, the crew was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Our work was completed in one day with minimal mess left behind. They took time to familiarize us with the product and ensure we were satisfied with the results. A few days later the stucco and paint crews arrived and our process was finalized- simple as that.
Thanks Energy One!
Within days, Nick, the installation foreman, came to get the exact measurements and ordered the windows. In a couple of weeks, the windows arrived and the installation date was set up. Nick and his crew came out and in one day, the entire installation was completed. The installers were professional and paid strict attention to detail and cleanliness. In a couple of more days, they had a painter come to the home to complete the project by touching up all of the installation areas. Upon completion, James
came back to the home and once again explained all maintenance information as well as provided additional literature regarding the warranties. All in all a wonderful experience and we will recommend Energy one to anyone interested in purchasing windows in the Phoenix area.

Once the contract was signed, someone came out to do final measurements. We then were told it would be 6-8 weeks for manufacture, at which point we would get a call to set up the install. In actuality, we got the windows fully installed in about 5 weeks - which was great. The two guys who came out to do the install were very knowledgeable, one having been installing windows for about 8 years, and the other for about a year. They knew exactly what they were doing - for some of the windows they had to take out the entire frame, for others, they installed over the existing frame. Everything went smoothly. We then had James come back for a final walkthrough to make sure everything was to our liking. As a bonus, we just found out that a painter is included, and he will be coming out to make sure the caulking that was used to seal the windows is matched to the outside house paint.
Overall this was a great experience and we 100% would use EnergyOne again. Every staff we worked with was fantastic. The warranty is such that if the glass breaks for any reason (any at all!) they will replace it. It is a great peace of mind.
I am happy to recommend this company, and actually would be happy to have anyone come by to see the windows. If I refer you, there is a discount for your windows. Email: [email protected]
We had recently finished remodeling our interior and looking at our 23 year old windows, we noticed signs of leaking and water condensation inside them. Screens were worn and bent, and the windows did not slide very well anymore. They did not fit our new interior. We looked at repair prices and then Energy One stopped by and gave us more options. The sales representative was professional, and presentation/demonstration of these new windows were excellent. The problem was deciding on the options available and we appreciated them for being flexible as we made our final decisions.
They were also very accommodating during the installation process picking an available date and time, perfect for us. They said it could take all day but were finished with the entire house, 15 new windows, in just 4 hours! A couple of days later a painter came by and touched up the outside caulking, perfectly matching our house color and they were done. Inside required no touch up at all leaving the entire house spotless, and much brighter with the new glass.
Since the job was completed we now our enjoying our AZ fall weather using our new windows and security features that allow us to enjoy the fresh air and peace of mind. When we close them up we no longer hear the freeway traffic nearby or the planes flying overhead from Falcon Field. These windows look good and are great improvement to our home,

James met with us right on time and gave us a very professional presentation about the Energy One windows. We were very impressed with the quality and look of the triple pane windows and the price seemed reasonable so we agreed to have all of our windows replaced.
Later in the week a guy from Energy One came to the house and measured all of our windows and placed the order to have them to be manufactured. About 6 weeks later we got a call telling us that the windows were ready and we setup a date for the install.
The install was done by a team of 3 guys in about 6 hours. They hauled off all the old windows and sun screens. They gave us a quick demonstration on how all the windows open and lock before they left. The windows look great and really add to the appearance of the house. We also noticed the new windows really reduced the noise level from outside.
We are very happy with the finished product and found Energy One to be very customer friendly, professional and easy to work with.
estimate. John Jarman spent about a hour with me explaining how the windows are made and how energy efficient they are.
John did a excellent presentation, even showing me an actual window. I was very impressed with how the windows were
engineered and of course how beautiful they are. I also liked the fact that they manufacture the windows in Mesa.
I did pick EnergyOne to replace my windows. It took about 2 months for the windows to be manufactured but was
worth the wait. Nick Verini, the team supervisor, and his team did a fantastic job and were able to install 24 windows and 2
doors in one day! They also did a great job cleaning up the house before they left.
I couldn't be happier with how lovely these windows look. I still walk outside and admire how they make my home look updated. Energy savings are well worth the investment. I'm not just investing in the value of my home, but in the future of American efficiency.
Sincerely,
Diane

I was exceptionally pleased with the entire process from sales, scheduling, preparation work, installation, to follow up. And the windows are of excellent quality and looks. Our home backs to the reservation and has a SW exposure. The triple pane windows have made a significant change in keeping our interior dust down and is definitely making a positive difference in our air conditioning, and I will assume in our heating as well come winter. We had 21 windows that were replaced. The installers arrived at 8 am and were completed with all the work by 2:30 pm. You'd never know we had a disruption to our day. The guys were extremely careful with our property and furnishings, worked efficiently, and ensured cleanup was thorough. And through it all it was evident they enjoyed working together and taking pride in their work.
The windows have added a lovely change to the look of our home, in addition to the efficiency of their performance. I couldn't be more pleased with the decision to go with Energy One.
Our marketing rep James was responsive and very thorough, went through the details of how the process works, advantages, and showed the actual window example. I was concerned about where they were constructed, but the windows are made by the largest manufacturer in the US with a great warranty. Made in AZ. And, rather than typical dual pane , these are triple-paned.! Less heat and less noise. Many great features and options are built in, not extras. He brought an actual window as example to display and demo the features.
Actual measurement and installation was done by the factory based team, not just a sub. The crew was on time and professional, worked to make minimal impact on our home while installing. The windows look great, fit well and I have no issues with the installation. The crew cleaned up after itself each day ( our install took 1.5 days dues to over 27 windows being done.)
I look forward to seeing what impact the energy usage takes, but already we hear less noise from a busy street that adjoins the property.
I strongly recommend Enery One for their product quality, professionalism and doing the job right.
The only issues I had weren't with the installation of the windows. The 10 ft. slider that was replaced was two panels, giving us a five foot opening when opened all the way. The new one is three panels reducing the opening to a little over three feet. we weren't aware of this until installation. The other issue was the painters did not remove the old caulk that was left from the old trim, they just painted over it. Neither are big issues, just unexpected.
Being this was my second time around doing new windows I am a tough cookie. Overall the experience went extremely well. The other window company I used before is still in business so I contacted them for a quote via phone and email but I never received a reply. The next thing I did was reach out to three other companies and the Sales People really worked me, not on product but price. I am in the car business and this turned on my spider since. So I put the project on the back burner.
One days James from Energy One contacted me, I was in the middle of getting new floors put in and I told him I will give you 20 Minutes. He presented his product and I saw some important differences right away. The Window Frames are vinyl and he explained the 100% virgin vinyl and how that is important to the longevity of the product. I first hand had experienced the UV attacking the first vinyl windows I purchased by causing the outer frames being milky and when you rub it a lot of vinyl powers off the frame after only 2 Arizona years. The other thing was the welds on the vinyl seams are the best I have ever seen. The triple pane windows are stout, after being installed for over six weeks I have only dusted once. I noise reduction is superior also, today my neighbor is getting a new pool installed, I didn?t know it unit I went out for the mail and the cement truck the pumper truck we going at it big time
The process was really pretty easy, James provided the quote and it was inline but the product is superior. Then Nick came out and verified the window order (I didn?t realize I have 39 windows) with a moderate down payment. It took about 6 weeks for the windows to be manufactured. They called us about 2 weeks in advance of installation to schedule it. It took about 2 days for them to install 39 windows throughout the house; the installation crew was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. It was the peak of summer in Phoenix so the house was not open very long. It was a large crew, my wife said every time she turned around another installer that said good morning. They checked every detail of the installation to ensure that the windows were installed properly and sealed.
The sales person followed up after the installation to find out how it went and was very open to any thoughts and suggestions. He explained that the 30 year warranty is fully transferable if we decide to sell the house. Before the windows just didn't do the house justice. Now the house looks much better and the neighbors are very excited to see the improvement. A few are really inspired and getting the home improvement bug. Right away we noticed how much quieter the house is. The dust is down 90%, I have been able to bump up the air conditioning to a higher temperature by 2 degrees because the house is much better insulated and sealed. I know this will affect our power bill over time in a positive way big time.
The Energy One teams are the best!
Sincerely Howard
The installation crew was professional as well. They were here on time and took all the necessary precautions to protect our home. I witnessed the installation myself and was particularly pleased that the crew used "Good Stuff" foam to set the windows in place. They used drop cloths and neatened up after they left.
I actually forgot that Energy One also included touching up the paint. I was intending to do that myself when I received a call from their painter asking when he could come by and do the touch up work! That also went very well.
I love the windows, They insulate the home very well and improved the look of my home. I would recommend Energy One to anyone.
The workers arrived on time and got right to work. Very polite and efficient. Drop clothes were put under each window to keep any mess off the carpeting or tile. Our new windows were installed in 5 hours! They showed me all the facets of the windows and how each worked. When done, all debris was removed and taken away. Couldn't even tell that they had been here except for the fact that now we had beautiful windows we could see through!
I particularly like that I am able to tilt the windows to the inside of the house and wash the outside of each window without running to the outside of the home to do so! Saves a lot of back and forth traipsing not to mention the time involved!
The next day an inspector arrived, checked each window to make sure it met their standard, and asked if we had any questions.
We already have an appointment for their painter to come out and touch up the caulking to match the house paint.
A really good experience!
