There was a large crew that arrived at the appointed time with all of the materials. They replaced 28 windows and 2 sliding doors and completed the job in one day. They placed floor covers in their work areas and minimized the number of openings at any given time. The crew was courteous and efficient. At the end of the install there was a walk through to open and close all windows and demonstrate how the latches and swing-in features of the windows worked. This features allows for the cleaning of the exterior side of the window from inside the house. A second appointment was made with the painting crew that came on another day. They also were very professional and masked off all of the areas that needed to be protected and completed the painting and clean up in one morning. The product is of high quality and we expect to see reductions in our electric bills. The real noticeable differences to date are the reduction in noise from the street, the reduction in heat entering through the windows when the sun is shinning directly into a room and the increased uniformity of temperature throughout the house. We love the fact that we no longer need to use sun screens in our home to keep the heat from pouring into the house.

Good experience... crew and boss arrived on time, got to work promptly, stayed on task until job completed, then cleaned up perfectly while giving us a tutorial on the window functions.. Their professional and competent approach and services were appreciated by us. As an added footnote, we reside in an area of North Phx where the macro-burst monsoon storm on July26th, 2014. It was a violent storm with very high winds, tremendous amounts of hail and flying debris. Our home took a pounding but the 3-pane windows didn't budge... we thought that the windows were going to break as the storm was so loud and strong.

We were impressed with Justin from our first meeting. We had been wanting to help our home be more energy efficient and knew this would be the perfect place to start. The windows are custom made and very well built. The sliding back door is fantastic!!! The windows are easy to clean and look very nice from the inside and out. We love the screens and how versatile the whole window unit can be. It has been exciting to notice the change in our electric bill already. It is even lower in the cooler months which was surprising since we only planned on it helping with AC costs in the summer. We could not believe how professional the install crew was! There was a big group of men that arrived on time and they worked like busy ants. They were very polite and respectful. We had small children in the home for part of the install and they were so careful to make sure music and language were appropriate. My neighbors even commented on how fast and efficient they were with the removal and install of the windows. They were done earlier than planned so we could get back to our normal daily routine which was so nice! There were only 1-2 spots of touch up that needed to be done on the inside of the house from the install, but nothing major. It has been such a pleasure to work with Energy One, from ordering with Justin to the install to the followup with the photographer. I would definitely recommend this company to family, friends, and strangers. If you are looking to upgrade the energy efficiency and visual appeal of your home Energy One is a great company to go with.

We first met with Justin, very professional and informative! He has helped us every step of the way! From picking out the design/style we wanted to coming back over after the job was completed and going over how everything works! These windows and doors have wonderful security features and have blocked out so much outside noise (we have a small dog that barks next door, we don't even hear him anymore!!!) and our energy bills have gone down tremendously!! Justin, Mary in the office, and Nick and all the install guys were all very professional and helpful. We first did all of our windows, and we loved them so much we just had our French doors replaced with sliding doors. Our house is so much brighter, energy efficient, and secure now! I would highly recommend this company to any friend, family member, or anyone looking to replace their windows--very professional, great install process, very clean and trustworthy individuals!!

The windows are a great feature of our home now. They are energy efficient, great quality and easy on the eyes. The installers were professional, prompt, courteous and showed us all the features of our new windows after they were installed. They even cleaned up after themselves by wiping down the windows and sills that they utilized to get in and out of the house. They are welcome to work on my home again anytime. The prices were fairly competitive for the product and they provide any options for the look of the new windows. Good, honest and reliable company.

I have a lot of very big windows. The people that came out were so polite and seemed so efficient. They didn't take breaks and worked very hard. They were careful with walking through the house, and placed things on both sides to ensure that nothing was dropped and that everything was cleaned up. They completed the job in one day.

The company arrived on time and completed their work on time. This company is able to install new windows without having to do stucco (or other exterior) repair or drywall (or other interior) repair because they leave your existing window frames and fit their product inside the existing frame. That is, the existing frame remains (they remove any bars that separate panels within the overall dimensions of the window) and the new produce fits into the remaining opening. This makes for a very clean and fast and efficient installation. It does, however, leave a relatively large border, because they have a flange (on the outside) or trim piece (on the inside) that covers up the space between their window and the actual opening in the wall (the space occupied by the original frame they left behind). The product appears to be a well-made product, but your actual viewable opening (glass) will be somewhat smaller than the original window provided.

The windows were custom made for our house and took a few weeks to complete. The installation crew was a pleasure to work with, professional, courteous and discussed the process as it was happening. They had indicated that there would be little need for touch up painting on their work and that was correct. Only two small touch up places; everything after the install was clean and the windows, caulking were very neat. The look from outside the home is superb; a real enhancement. It also adds a whole new look to the inside of the home. The best part is that we were able to get rid of our old worn out window shades, which were always difficult to keep clean and kept the interior of the house dark. With the new triple pane windows, it is no longer necessary to add sun screens. This will make keeping the windows clean very easy and we will be able to do it ourselves vs. hiring outside vendors. The new windows allow the sunlight to come in and adds a new brightness to the interior of the home. We are anxious to see the utility cost savings this summer. Also like the flexibility in opening the windows and the locking mechanisms are very well made. Adds a new degree of security to our home. The Security Sensors went back on easily and we didn't have a problem with the Security Company receiving the signals. Overall a great experience. We really feel that it is an investment in our home and will pay for itself in utility savings and add value if at sometime in the future we decide to sell our home.

We met with Justin in December and were immediately interested in the windows. Most of the stock windows in houses built in the 1990s are pretty awful, and since we bought the house in 2010 we wanted to replace them, but just didn't find the right time or vendor. Energy One had a great product and a great reputation. We weren't disappointed. Within days the installer called us to measure our windows, and it was only a few weeks before he called us again to tell us they were ready. They showed up with four workers and had everything done within a few hours. They were quick, courteous and clean. There was one damaged part, but they ordered a replacement before they left and were back a couple of days later to replace it. The windows look great and we can already tell when we sit near them that it is quieter and less effected by outside temperature. We haven't had them long enough to see the promised energy savings, but I have no doubt, based on how the windows feel, that they are already making a huge difference. I would definitely recommend Energy One for their products and their service.
