Their showroom is in great condition, and all the staff were very friendly. They also made some suggestion on the specific types of mortar and grout since I was doing the installation myself. They also let me borrow the grout color matching kit, which I thought was really nice. My order had to be shipped in from Texas, which arrived less than a week later. The warehouse staff packed everything in the car and I was good to go. The only negative was that the pricing was not the best for my specific tile, but given that I was matching an existing installation i was just happy they could still get it. The color of all stones does vary from lot to lot, but mine new order matched EXACTLY. Your mileage may vary, but overall I'm a happy camper.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB OF REMODELING THE TILE. THEY WERE OVER PRICED, BUT DID A GOOD JOB. THEY GOT IT DONE QUICKER THAN I EXPECTED, IN ABOUT 2 WEEKS.

THEIR SALES AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT WERE WONDERFUL. THEY HELPED ME FIGURE OUT HOW MUCH TILE I NEEDED, GAVE ME IMPORTANT TIPS ON HOW TO CALCULATE BREAKAGE INTO THE NUMBERS AND VERIFIED THAT THE DIE LOTS WERE THE SAME. THEY LET ME TAKE SAMPLE TILES HOME TO MAKE SURE THEY MATCHED WITHOUT CHARGING ME. THE GENTLEMEN IN THE LOADING DEPARTMENT WERE COURTEOUS AND VERY CAREFUL NOT TO SCRATCH MY TRUCK WHEN PUTTING IN THE CRATES. THE ONE WORKER SAW THAT ONE OF THE CARTONS HAD A BROKEN TILE AND GAVE ME AN OPEN CASE TO REPLACE IT JUST IN CASE THERE MIGHT HAVE BEEN MORE THAT HE COULDN'T SEE.
