The installer Mike was excellent. He actually loves doing flooring which is evident in the beautiful workmanship displayed in the installation and design of our floors. He did a pheominal job and cleaned up beautifully afterwards!!! He took time to explain how to care for our new flooring and shared some very good tips with us. Mike is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and I would definitely use Empire again, but only if I can specifically request that Mike be the installer.

They didn't show up for the in home estimate and when we called after waiting two hours they said no one was answering at the office. They were unable to get anyone out that day. We were offered $50 off but we decided to look into other providers instead.

It turned out perfectly fine. They did a very nice job. The lady that came initially was very helpful on suggestions for what we needed to do. The technicians that came did a great job as well.

We called for an appointment on Wednesday, they had an estimator out on Thursday and the floor was put in on Friday. It was a smooth uneventful transaction which is what you want when doing any remodeling. These guys are pros and won't disappoint you.

We purchased laminate flooring. They moved all the furniture, took up all the carpeting in the living room and hall. They removed all the old laminate flooring from the kitchen and dining room and also removed all the vinyl flooring from the pantry. They took off all the baseboards and asked if I wanted them to replace the same old ones or get new. I opted to get new, which I paid for, but they cut them all and installed them through out. It was a mad house when they were here due to us have a new big screen TV delivered and set up, new furniture and someone comming to purchase my old TV. They even helped a little with all that. The 2 guys were great and extreamly careful of my surroundings. Everything was cleaned up and spotless when then left. I did call them back however to help me push my stove in a little further. The cord in the back got tangled and we could not get it untangled. And if we did it and scratched the floor, it would be our fault. But not a problem with them, they came right over and fixed it.

Floors look great and no problems. Salesman was professional and knowledgeable. Installers were punctual, courteous and efficient. Very happy with the results.

The carpet has a hole in it. It looks like a bad run in the carpet. I have been trying to get them to come out to take a look at it, but I have been just calling and calling them. Now they are trying to get the manufacturer to come out and look at the carpet instead of standing by the product themselves and coming out themselves. They were in a hurry to get my money, but now they are dragging their feet to fix the problem.

The job went very well. They had a very professional and friendly sales person that came out the day before to give me a quote. They showed me a couple options, not only for carpeting, but for window treatments as well. They were able to do the job the next day.

Overall, the work went excellent. Their crew was excellent. They were very easy to work with. They were also very fast and responsive. I set up an appointment with them the following day. They came with the carpet samples and I was able to see the carpet samples at my house. They were able to measure and give me a quote right there. Their quote was very competitive. They installed the carpet the very next day. I would absolutely use their services in the future as they were an excellent company.

They were on time and did a fine job. They finished on time and cleaned up after themselves.

They do next day installation, and we needed the service in a hurry. This year we ordered carpet from some place else, and the price was better. If you want it soon us Empire Today, and if you want a better price, use some place else. The technicians and installation was great! They cleaned up and knew what they were doing. The sales part was a very stressful process. They had somebody come, and then we had to negotiate a price.

Empire Todays sales guy showed their samples at my home. Since they were going to install on top of the old tile the job was quicker than usual as it only took two days to complete. They were very professional and I liked how my kitchen looks now.

They had to remove all the existing flooring, even much of the sub flooring before they could even get started. They did a fantastic job. They cleaned up thoroughly every day before they left and did the house in sections, so as to disturb our lives as little as possible. I already have recommended them to friend and well continue to do so.

BAD. I was lied to by the company and the installer. My family and I were greatly inconvenienced and put under undo stress. I have called the company to ensure I get a credit to my account and still have not received a call back. Please do not put your family through what mine went through by using this company. Note: 1,000 characters was not enough space to write all the information I wanted to, so this area is greatly condensed.

Justin, the company sales representative, came to our house on time. He measured the house. He gave us an estimate. We wanted to think about it. He gave us no comparative numbers. He never came back. We went to another installer and spent close to 8 thousand dollars, money Empire would have received with a simple return call and maybe some consideration. Seems to me they want the quick sale. If you don't sign a contract on the date they measure, you will never hear from them again. They have Classic high volume, low customer appreciation business, in my opinion.

Did an excellent job. It looks beautiful except for the fact the installers told us how badly we had been ripped off. Also had quite a bad experience with their carpet installation. Did not used licensed, bonded and insured subcontractors.They did remedy the situation though by taking off some money on the flooring.

So far, a horrible one for the price. Empire hires a contractor who in turn hires a subcontractor for a lot less money.

Justin was our sales person who came to the house at the appointment time (within 24 hours of our call) to show us samples, measure the area, and provide a quote. His quote was comprehensive, even including sales tax. We selected the carpet, paid a deposit, and scheduled the installation for three business days later. The installers called 30 minutes before arrival to let us know they were coming, came in and did the work extremely fast. They were very professional and did a nice job. Only one challenge -- the installers only spoke Spanish. We called in our own credit card number! Overall, it was competitively priced to Home Depot and other retailers and they definitely exceeded expectations in terms of how quickly they could install. Other companies were saying 2-3 weeks, not 2-3 days!

THE WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, NEAT AND PUNCTUAL. THE FLOORING SELECTIONS WERE WONDERFUL, AND MADE A HUGE IMPROVEMENT IN THE RESALE VALUE. I ESPECIALLY LIKED THE WORK THAT THEY DID ON THE WINDOWS. THEY MATCHED THE EXISTING TREATMENTS ALMOST EXACTLY, AND SAVED US A GREAT DEAL ON THE HEATING/COOLING BY UPGRADING OUR SCREENS.
