The experience was terrible and I would not recommend them. They send out a contractor to measure and they didn't order enough wood. For the hassle, it wasn't worth the money. I wish I had gone to a local company. They ship the product from a warehouse in California and if your contractor is wrong on the measurements, you are screwed. You don't have enough wood and they have to reorder and the color doesn't match because it isn't out of the same lot. What should have taken three days, ended up taking two weeks. They were not very nice to me. I didn't feel that the corporate office was understanding and they didn't offer any type of compensation. It still doesn't match but I finally said leave it and go. I am very happy with the quality of the actual wood. The materials were fine but the service was not. The installer was very professional; it's the corporate office that was not. They were argumentative. The installer apologized to me several times and I'm sure he was also frustrated.
