After an upstairs bathroom water overflow, we were left with a lot of damage to carpet and drywall (walls and downstairs ceiling). They responded immediately, and were very professional and thorough. They got the carpets and walls dried as quickly as possible, including moving the things in the garage in order to get to the drywall damage. They were thorough in removing all of the damaged drywall, and tested to make sure they dealt with any insulation, wood, and walls that required attention. I was impressed (and relieved) by their communication throughout the process. They were very good about testing the progress of their drying every day, and they were very flexible in scheduling their daily visits (and they were very prompt). They were very professional throughout the process, and I was extremely happy with them and their service. NOTE: I didn't rate the price because they billed the insurance company directly.
