The company was prompt and curteous, always available to answer any questions and worked with us along the way to make sure that the project was going according to our expectations. The employees in the office and in the field were very professional, arrived on time and did the project as specified and planned. There were no delays or problems whatsoever and it was completed on schedule. This was a project that required furniture and other household items to be moved and the staff really made this process very simple for our family. The floors look incredible! We were given a lot of information to help us to choose the best tile for our lifestyle, family and home and they really did help us all along the way. Once the old floors were removed and construction began, the staff worked hard to get the new tiles in and get our home back in order quickly. The finished job is beautiful, we had no problems at all and we are definitely going to bring Emerald Isle back to do some more work for us! We couldn't be happier with them!
