+ -1 moreElizabeth is competent, friendly, helpful and efficient. She aggressively pursued our house sale and handled the hiccups that came along with it very well. Even though the market in Wisconsin was very slow, she negotiated a good price. She seems to have a good rapport with clients and other agents which probably helps when negotiating. She specializes in luxury homes and lists them at a discount without discounting what she pays the buyer's agent, it means more money in your pocket if you are selling. We were very pleased with her and would recommend her without hesitation.
Description of Work: Elizabeth helped me find my current home in Phoenix ($712,000) and helped us with our inspections and financing. Because we planned to have children in the home, she met a lead inspector at the house to test everything for safety. She gave us names of workers so we could get quotes for the new house because we wanted to do some remodeling. We ended up doing the remodeling and it looks great. She made sure we got a home warranty with a reputable company (which we really appreciated in the summer when our A/C compressor broke and the warranty covered the repair). Elizabeth also helped us sell our old house in Wisconsin which we had listed as a For Sale By Owner. She worked with the buyers on our behalf and was instrumental in getting our old house sold.
