Elizabeth is competent, friendly, helpful and efficient. She aggressively pursued our house sale and handled the hiccups that came along with it very well. Even though the market in Wisconsin was very slow, she negotiated a good price. She seems to have a good rapport with clients and other agents which probably helps when negotiating. She specializes in luxury homes and lists them at a discount without discounting what she pays the buyer's agent, it means more money in your pocket if you are selling. We were very pleased with her and would recommend her without hesitation.
