Terrible, We called them out via our Home Warantee company. They arrived and put in a new compressor but did not test anything else. We were explicitly told that our freon levels were fine and to run the unit until house cooled. After 12 hours the unit was running but still not cooling. We called them back out to fix the issue the next day. They scheduled an appointment , were told again to leave the unit running until they came out but technician never showed. We tried to call again, No response After three days without AC, No response from this company, no help from our Home Warantee company we called in someone else. We were told by the 2nd company that because we left unit running on only 4% freon that our unit had completely frozen, additional damage was done to our blower so a unit that could have been repaired now had to be replaced as repairing it would be more than 1/2 the cost of a new unit. Complaints against this company have been filed with BBB, ROC and we are looking into legal action against them and home warantee company through AG office.

Ron really liked them. He says the guy is very thorough. He went through everything and told him everything that was going on with the air conditioning and Ron was impressed with him. He said, "We'll have him back. He is the one we'll use from now on." We called him about a month ago and he said, "Oh, yes. I'll be down." He gave Ron a date he'll be down but the guy didn't show so Ron called him and he said, "I think you forgot me." He said, "Oh, okay. I'll be down," such and such and we called him three times and he never showed and called back. I left a message. I said, "You know, this is a little bit unprofessional. Please call us and tell us you'll not gonna come." He's just a no show. He's unprofessional.
