Description of Work: I Hired this company for weekly pool and spa service at my home, they started billing me for things like motors and they wouldn't check with me first. They double billed me for some repairs and its impossible to get anyone on the phone to straiten it out. They told me that they didn't receive payment for service several times, when I checked my online banking it shows the checks were cashed and they charge my credit card when I refuse to double pay for things they have been paid on.

+ -1 moreThe pump failed after only 8 months. I requested warranty replacement and the company indicated that they would replace the pump. Eco-pure claimed that the manufacturer authorized them to replace the high efficiency whisperflo pump with a different pump. I questioned this response but never received an adequate explanation. An Eco-pure representative then entered my property without authorization and replaced the broken whisperflo pump motor with a different brand motor. I have since made contact with the manufacturer of the whisperflo pump and they resolved the problem. I have not heard from Eco-pure again.
Description of Work: The company replace a pool pump on my pool. The owner recommended a high efficiency whisperflo pump that would be more expensive but was supposed to have some advantages and run quieter.

+ -1 moreThe pool service has not been adequate. The pool is not completely swept and checked at each visit. The company has not visited the home on a weekly basis. In addition, the company raised their prices without notice and billed my credit card for the price increase without approval. They also billed misc. charges to my account without notice. These charges added $61 to the bill. I have contacted the company to discuss my concerns and they have not returned my phone calls.
Description of Work: The company was hired to perform monthly pool service.
