 + -1 moreThings went great. The head painter is a wonderful person who is very accommodating and meticulous. He also is punctual and is a pleasure to have around the house. Everything went just great; he goes the extra mile and does not add on extra charges. I will use them again in the future.

 + -1 moreInitially they were a pleasure to work with, but as soon as we decided to downsize the workload, they became very unprofessional. I have the feeling that they might have thought we were going to have someone else do the rest of the painting, which wasn't a true assumption. In reality, we just decided not to paint as much as we originally planned. They seem to really know their stuff, and I have no doubt that they would have done a great job, I just prefer to only work with and recommend people that are professional and offer good customer service.
Description of Work: Linda and Everette provided us with an estimate. Initially we had them come out to estimate a larger scale job (painting essentially the whole interior of our home, minus bedrooms and bathrooms). The estimate for the aforementioned job was $2200. They were very nice and helpful, and the price was comparable to their competitors. Shortly thereafter, we decided to only paint a few areas of our home, and contacted them for a revised estimate. Their entire attitude changed, and seemed to take it personally that we changed our minds about the quantity of painting we wanted done. We had to call them back multiple times to even get a revised estimate, but it was very clear that they didn't want our business anymore. Finally, they threw out an arbitrary price that was extremely unreasonable for the job. They basically told us that it would probably be a lot more, and though they didn't come out and say it, it was clear that they no longer wanted the job.
