 + 0 moreCONTRACTOR DID NOT COMPLETE WORK. BASICALLY WALKED OFF JOB. LEFT MAIN WATER LINE TO HOUSE FURNISHED THROUGH GARDEN HOSE AND DID NOT COMPLETE ANY ABOVE GROUND PLUMBING FOR NEW ADDITION. HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER PLUMBER TO FINISH WORK FOR AN ADDITIONAL $7000.
Description of Work: WAS TO INSTALL PLUMBING TO NEW ADDITION OF HOUSE INCLUDING NEW SEWER LINE TO CONNECT TO MAIN LINE. PROVIDE NEW MAIN WATER LINE TO HOUSE. PROVIDE PLUMBING FOR NEW LAUNDRY ROOM AND NEW BATH ROOM IN NEW ADDITION.

 + -1 morePLUMBER ABANDONED JOB UNFINISHED AND PAID IN FULL. REPORTED TO ARIZONA REGISTRAR OF CONTRACTORS, HEARING PENDING. PLUMBER INSTALLED NEW SEWER LINE AND BELOW SLAB WATER/SEWER LINES, BUT DID NO WORK ABOVE SLAB FOR PLUMBING/AIR VENTS STOPPING PROJECT AND DELAYING CITY INSPECTION. LEFT WATER FROM METER TO HOUSE RUNNING IN GARDEN HOSE AFTER REMOVING COPPER LINE FROM METER. DRAINS IN SLAB MISPLACED AND HAD TO BE DRILLED UP TO CORRECT. IMPROPER DRAINS ALSO HAD BEEN INSTALLED, HAD TO REPLACE. PLUMBER PAID $6,000.00 THROUGH CONTRACTOR COVERING SEWER LINE, WATER LINES/VENTS, GAS LINES/VENTS, AND ALL FIXTURES. NEW PLUMBER HIRED AT $7,000.00 EXCLUDING FIXTURES. HAS BEEN A HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH DYNAMIC PLUMBING. THIS REPORT SHOWS WORK AS COMPLETED BUT IS ACTUALLY NOT COMPLETED!!

ONLY WORK DONE WAS SEWER LINE AND BELOW CONCRETE SLAB WORK FOR WATER/SEWER LINES.
