Description of Work: Company completed a long list of minor repairs when I moved into a home that I had been renting out for 10 years. Lots of small things needed fixing, and they were prompt and efficient. They even told me when I made the appointment that if I bought some of the items on my own (light fixtures, extra outlets and switches, etc.) that I could get what I wanted for a better price and just pay them for the installation. Price was very reasonable for all the work that was done in 3 hours. Will definitely use them again.

 + -1 moreThe guy who showed up wasn't the guy we spoke to. We aren't sure he was even from the same company--maybe the job was subbed to him? (Still checking on that.) He checked the fuse box, took apart all the switches and plugs in the dining room and adjacent wall in kitchen, went up into the attic, described which sockets looped to which sockets and allowed as how he "couldn't find" the problem. Spent 3.5 hours "attempting to trace and locate open circuit" and left having made no progress. We were out $450. He did put all the sockets and switches back together before leaving. We vacuumed up after him.
Description of Work: Switches, fan/light and sockets weren't working in the dining room. We had already diagnosed hot/open sockets with tool.
