Driggs Title

The title company was very unorganized and unprofessional. They had requests for information from my Mortgage Banker at 10:30 at night the day before my close. My banker could not understand why they even needed the information they were asking for. The information should have been requested at least two weeks before my close. They sent papers to my wife to sign(she was out of town), the papers were all wrong and they had to be corrected. The person who was to notarize my wife's signature could not because the papers were wrong. My Mortage banker had to send them the same information four times before they got it. They kept losing it. I finally got an e-mail from the title company saying they were overnighting the checks that were due me. My wife stayed at home the next day to get the checks. They did not come. I called the title company and they said there was a delay with the county recording. and checks would go out that day. There was no call or e-mail to me or my Mortgage banker that the checks were not sent. Hopefully I will get the checks today. I would not recomend this title company. There service is bad.
