Dreamstyle Remodeling of Arizona

Hired to do a shower replacement. Took 3 months (May until August) to get on the schedule, showed up one day without setting or confirming an appointment. When properly rescheduled, did not install materials ordered. Contacted them the next day, sent photos (2 months ago). Said they would create a work order and would contact us when correct materials were received. Also sent multiple emails to their "customer advocate". No response. Do not fall for the financing offer. Told their finance company the work was not properly done. Was told because they showed up and did work, even though it was wrong, the finance company would pay Dreamstyle and I was on the hook for the full amount. Once Dreamstyle got their money, we never heard from them again. Buyer Beware!!!

Windows were very good just not happy with the sliding glass door. Quality was very good but the door frame was significantly smaller then the original door leaving a gap in my flooring.

They were very nice. They just messed up the measurement of where the glass door would go so had to remeasure and re-cut incorrect location. It left a notch that the only way they could fix was by filling it was some clear caulking, so you can still see the cut. The worker apologized and said it never should have happened. He was nice and I know it was not his fault.

Jose A and Jose E made sure the installation went very well and clean. Also thanks to Tom bacon, Adrianna, and Terrell for making sure everything came in right. The installers were professional and friendly. Also a thanks to Jason, Adam, and Duke for trimming the door with cladding.

This company was easy to work with and very responsive. When needing additional information, I was always called within 24 hours after leaving a message if I wasnâ t able to speak with someone directly. My wife and I had our bathroom shower remodeled. The installers showed up around 8:00 am and left about 12 hrs later having completely finished the job. It was great working with both Hunter H. and Jacob W, They were very professional and helpful. We werenâ t certain about how we wanted the new niche in our shower and after talking it over, Hunter was able to make some terrific suggestions which helped to complete the design and ensure our satisfaction. They took care during the process to keep the rest of the house clean while coming and going and left us with no clean up afterwards. I am so happy with the end result. The shower is beautiful! I would recommend Dreamstyle Remodeling to anyone wanting to update or refresh their shower.

GREAT CREW OF 2 MEN. TOOK 2 DAYS BEACAUSE OF AN OLD HOUSE. REALLY DID A GOOD JOB AND CLEANED UP VERY WELL.

The initial project took an extra long time to be conducted and the installed product was missing screens and has yet to be completed. Installers screwed up paint/plaster on the window sill and no mention was made to repair! I contracted for this in February and the project has not been completed to date 25 June 2021. Do not reccomend this company.

We hired Dreamstyle for our guest bathroom remodel. The sales men who called upon us was professional, polite, courteous and patient with all our questions and requests. 6 weeks after we contracted with them our materials arrived and Shaun and Beth Murphy our installers came to our home. They were simply the finest contractors, workers we have ever dealt with. They were highly talented, prompt, timely courteous, concerned about our property and possessions. They were able to complete the install in 2 days and our guest bathroom is now a showplace. It is beyond our initial expectations and we would give an enthusiastic endorsement to request Shaun and Beth as installers.

After the delays from the shutdown we were scheduled and Robert K and Jonathan P were very punctual and professional. They walked us through what they would be doing and then showed us as steps were done. Cleaned up very well after finishing the work involved.

Robert K. and Jonathan P. did an excellent job with removal of tub, installation of shower and overall clean-up.
