carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreThe last time that we had the carpets cleaned, the stains came back in a couple of weeks. This time we decided to try Dr. ChemDry partly because it would be an easy drive to our house. We selected their stain fighter service which added their protectant solution to "refresh and restore factory-like stain resistance." We specifically scheduled an appointment for 7:30 AM so that we would be their first appointment and that they would be on time. Instead they were an hour and 15 minutes late. Over the last year We have had a number of other service people come first thing in the morning in the last year. They all have managed to arrive at the appointed time. ChemDry's paperwork says most carpets dry in 1-2 hours. Ours were still damp in spots 36 hours later. Our carpets are clean but it is too early to tell if ChemDry got out the stains that came back last time. We won't use ChemDry again.
Description of Work: Clean and add stain protection to living room and dining room carpet; total of about 350 square feet.
