+ -1 moreThe inspections went extremely well from start to finish. From the initial contact to schedule the appointment, to the inspection, to receiving the final report, to paying for services. Each and every step was handled very professionally and timely. Hire only experienced inspectors like Eric who provide great customer service and in return they earn repeat business (and referral).
Description of Work: Property inspection of a single family residence under purchase contract. I was so impressed with property inspector, Eric Villaverde's knowledge and industry experience... I hired him for three inspections this year. A property inspection is performed to advise the buyer of any concerns that may be existing in the structure or its mechanical systems. Eric provided a thorough and complete inspection of each property - and a report was delivered to me electronically within 24 hours of the inspection itself! Although none of these three property transactions closed, the inspections saved me money and future headaches.

+ -1 moreROGER CAME TO THE HOUSE BEFORE OUR BUILDER ISSUED US A KEY. HE WAS LET IN BY THE SELLING AGENTS AND CONDUCTED THE INSPECTION OVER THE COURSE OF A FEW HOURS. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND TOOK THE TIME TO THOROUGHLY REVIEW THE RESULTS WITH US. HIS INPUT MADE THE FINAL WALK THROUGH A LOT LESS STRESSFUL AND THE BUILDERS WERE RIGHT ON TOP OF EVEN HIS LITTLEST FINDINGS.
Description of Work: NEW HOME WAS INSPECTED PRIOR TO FINAL WALK THROUGH. INSPECTION INCLUDED ATTIC, GRADING, ELECTRICAL, GAS, WATER, STRUCTURE, FIXTURES ETC.
