Description of Work: We signed up for a three year maintenance program last year and had forgotten all about it. Donley called reminded us it was time again and scheduled the appointment. They arrived on time, we have three a/c and heating units all were serviced which took two people about 4 hours. To my surprise no sales promotion no problems found and when they completed service provided us with the original agreement since the person that called had communicated with the service personal that I had forgotten what we had purchased. Then they reminded us we would be contacted again at the beginning of summer. What a great experience.

Description of Work: The measure of a company is not always when things go well, but when things go wrong. Without going into all the details, one of their newer technicians neglected to recommend the urgency of taking care of an issue (rusted drain pans) on a routine maintenance call that created a bigger flooding problem for us. They sent out a manager promptly who evaluated the situation and agreed to fix the problem and pay for the water damage to our ceiling. They charged us half the cost for replacing the two very large drain pans due to the oversight on their part. He also showed me pictures he took of how the original plumbing wasn't correctly plumbed into the pan exasperating the problem which he also fixed free of charge. I couldn't have been more pleased with the professional staff I dealt with it. I really trust these guys. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: They replaced furnace and air conditioner, promptly and efficiently.
