Great. The technician was efficient and professional.

It went fine. Two other issues were identified and fixed during service. Replacement of valve outside unit and new water heater.

Daniel was very helpful in answering all my questions which included how to reprogram the automatic therrmostat. He went out of his way to make sure all worked well.

Great- the thermostat took a while but it is now working and no charge.

It went very well. Steve checked my equipment inside and out. He explained what he was doing and made a suggestion that will give me more security in the future, such as having a surge protector installed at my outside unit in order to prevent any crisis that might occur if lightening were to strike or if any other electrical calamity were to occur. I have used Donley for some years and have been pleased with their services. They just replaced my A/C unit. The Donley Crew Chief for this job, Julian, was very knowledgeable and professional in the completion of this job and was excellent at explaining what he had done and was very responsive to my questions. I was very impressed with him and he is truly a valuable asset to the Donley organization. Also, I was very impressed with Scott who arranged the installation of the new unit; because I have health issues, I am very grateful to him for being able to arrange for the installation on Saturday rather than waiting until Monday. I was very impressed with him as well as he took what amount of time to address all of my concerns about the purchase of a new unit. I would recommend Donley to anyone who would ask me.

They came and cleaned and fixed my air conditioner. It now works better than ever before.

A/C unit was checked out by a service tech named Enes. He is very efficient & thorough. He replaced a capacitor & a fan motor previously for me. He spent a good amount of time on the roof cleaning the unit. He takes his job seriously & I highly recommend him. Thank you Enes!

My Air Conditioner is fixed and working well. He spent four hours working on it in the heat. I only wish air conditioning could be cheaper.

I've had them for about 30 years. They're expensive, but they're really professional. They come twice a year. On the cost, I buy a yearly thing that covers both visits and I don't remember what it is. If I buy into it, it's like I buy into the privilege of them responding to my needs almost immediately. They have gone up. I don't know how they compare to other companies. On responsiveness, under that plan, they will respond right away. They're good on punctuality. They're professional. I've used them for many years.They've installed my A/C and all of that stuff.

I don't recall the price. It seemed to be good. My husband handled all that. We thought it was a good deal they gave us. On the price, I think we thought it was competitive. I've had them for years.

The service was excellent from beginning to end! Donley had great communication throughout the whole process. Scott came out to do an estimate (which was very fair) and I could tell he was knowledgeable. He's been with Donley for 25+ years!! Rick and Luis did my install and they were right on time and remained professional all day. I couldn't imagine doing this in 120 degree heat but these guys didn't seem to mind! They gave me a very in depth explanation of my new unit and my paperwork which I really appreciated! I am a VERY PLEASED customer and would use them again for another unit but hopefully I don't have to do that! ;-)

We purchased our split system HVAC unit from Donley Service Center in September of 2009. Since that time Donley has been there for us. We have had no major issues with the product. When we need service, Donley Service Center has been Professional, Punctual, Efficient, and Priced Fair. Never have there been any unexpected surprises. A very competent service call by a very polite and nice young man. There was no charge because we maintain a contract with Donley to service our units. They were both in good shape and did not need anything further this time.

I have to say, I have one technician that I use all the time. I use only him. I have a service plan. A 3 year service plan. He was knowledgeable, a placement, explained what he was doing and check parameters for spliced wires, Blah, Blah, Blah Blah, Blah. I use the same tech all the time, I know him so I don't think he could have done anything better. They are maybe just a little pricier than others. The only reason I haven't used them this year is I no longer have that home.

Steve and Anthony fixed the real problem and pointed out some other issues. They could not have been more professional. I am very pleased and will recommend them to others. They replaced the refrigerator line and put in a new shut off valve.

Fred was amazing he did way more than he was supposed to do while He was here, he help me learn about the unit and everything! This company is a must-have I hope to have more Fred's he's amazing!!! If you need AC repair ask for this company!
