Description of Work: My husband thought that the water heater was broken but it turned out to be the breaker. We appreciated their honesty and we will use them again. We have used them in the past and they charged half of what another company wanted for the same service. They are very professional and reliable. They are our go to company for plumbing related problems.

Description of Work: I scheduled them to flush and check my hot water tank as it is 5 years old and hadn't been done. They did that, had to replace a part, and thoroughly checked all my the plumbing. In the course of that inspection they discovered one of the outdoor spigots was leaking badly and had to be replaced. We had noticed higher water bills and this explains why. Chris was very professional, thoroughly explained all that needed to be done and performed the work in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend them and use them in the future

Description of Work: They replaced my on roof air conditioner. The salesperson came over and gave many options. We did get other quotes but the warranty and reputation offered by Donley was much better than any other company. The work was done quickly and they followed up 2 weeks later to make sure everything was working properly. We have used Donley in the past for both plumbing and HVAC and they have always showed up on time, been friendly and professional. You may pay more but you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: While here for the A/C checkup for summer months, the Tech discovered a large tear in the return duct. He showed me a photo of it (before & after repairs). He also showed me a photo (before & after) of the detached insulation that had fallen away from the return duct, which he reattached and secured same. I don't know why this wasn't discovered by previous maintenance unit inspections; however, notwithstanding that, I am most grateful to the Tech (Josh Kitrell) for discovering and fixing this problem. I would assume that my summer electric bills should be much lower in the coming summer months than last year's summer bills. Apparently, I was paying for partially cooling the hot attic! |I have used Donley for many years and in general, am very pleased with their services & would recommend them to others.

Description of Work: After an Energy Audit by a APS Rep. I decided to replace my heat pump after 34 years. The Donley rep0s were very professional and carefully explained my options. The also came in with the lowest bid.
