At Donley A/C & Plumbing, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. We are following the guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to ensure the safety of our customers, technicians and staff. Our team is keeping a close eye on any updates or changes and we will adjust our protocols as needed. We professionally install, service and repair HVAC systems and provide all plumbing services including water heaters, water softeners, drain cleaning, and re-piping jobs of all sizes. Donley Service Center has been serving the Valley since 1976. We are a two time winner of the Better Business Bureaus Ethics Award. Check out our A+ rating on the BBB website. Water Main Replacement
Description of Work: Donely Plumbing, came out yesterday and had the audacity to quote me $14K to fix the pipe or $20K to replace it! While I was in the midst of a full fledged panic attack, my sister researched and found that it shouldn’t be more than 5K. I got a callback from the 2nd pro that I’d left a message for, Everhart Plumbing, and he quoted me $3500 for pipe replacement and he changed the head on the outside spigot and added a back-flow valve that was missing for free! I’m so impressed with his work and honesty that I’ve hired him to install a water filtration system and to replace my kitchen faucet. UPDATED: 09/14/2020: Please provide the digital data trail that was generated when your mysterious work order was transmitted to me via text and or email. I have the only digital communication from your company which consists of a text alerting me that an appointment was scheduled. IF what I am saying is not true, you’ll most certainly have digital records to backup your reply.

This is not what happened. 2 options were given, Our plumber has both estimates documented in WO # 355332 Option 1) Use leak locator to identify where leak is located. Dig up water line and spot repair leak. $1,053.82 (Declined) Option 2) Replace entire main water line. NEW water line line from city meter to home, w/new hose bib. $2,602.57 (Approved ) Service was run on 9/9/20 Plumber was on site from 10:52 am Completed diagnosis and estimate, closed out job 11:20am N/C estimate Customer called in 9/9/20 at 2:11 pm cancelled work (reason given “it fixed its self”) We are not sure why the customer is alleging a $20K quote. All of our estimates are in writing and we do not proceed until we have the customers approval. Please remove this review.

Description of Work: I booked online for a technician to diagnose my water heater. The appointment was confirmed with a phone call within an hour. The service technician was prompt and thorough. He replaced my water heater and even made a call to the manufacturer of the broken one to confirm there was no remaining warranty. The work was done quickly and professionally and the area was left tidy. The technician explained the care of the new water heater and provided tips for it's service. We have used Donley in the past and I would highly recommend them.
