I own a few rental properties, and I have worked with several real estate agents when I moved down here from the East Coast. In all honesty, not knowing much about the Phoenix area I expected the real estaate agents to help me out for many obvious reasons, but with a few of them I felt really pressured as if they just wanted to get rid of me and close on the house and collect a paycheck. When my previous loan officer suggested a real estate agent from DnG Realty, I thought...here we go again. Fortunately, I do have to say I have been pleased with the amount of time Diana and Gary have spent with me on finding a few properties that I have purchased and rented them out for me. Diana spent numerous weekends taking me around the valley showing properties that she thought I would like, the fact that she was very patient with me and thorough made me really feel like she is MY real estate agent NOT the sellers.... what I like about her team is they were always just an email or a text message away, even at like 10 at night, I had questions, I would email her and I got a reply right away from either her or Gary, now thats customer service! I am very pleased with her work, and I would definately recommend her to others. They even found good, long term tenants for my rental properties that I bought before I met them.
