DMS Roofing

It went well. The finish was strong.

DMS's quote was very competitive and I thought offered the best value. While the start of the work was delayed a bit, a date was selected and the large crew arrived on time and completed the job in two days. They took care to minimize any mess and cleaned up very well. The care taken and the resulting quality seems very good although time will be the best measure of their work. At this point I'm very pleased. The crew was very nice and worked very hard. Craig, who provided the quote, was easy to deal with and managed the job in a professional and friendly way..

We informed DMS Roofing that we would like to use their services for a complete roof repair the week of Halloween. We were told that it would be about 2 weeks before they could begin. We were totally ok with this and glad it would be before the cold season/before the holidays (when we have guests staying). We had two more meetings to pick the shingles, talk warranties, etc. However, the two week time came and went WITHOUT a phone call from DMS to let us know that the start time was pushed back. When another week had past from when we were told the roof would be done...we started calling them. Every time we were told "We'll get back to you" and three times no response call was made. Two weeks past when they were supposed to have started we were told the job would begin after Thanksgiving. Annoyed by the lack of professional communication by DMS we agreed. They showed on Wednesday after Thanksgiving to load the materials on the roof (about an hour of work) and left. They NEVER showed the second day NOR called. Now we have continued damage (because it started to rain), would be put onto another waiting list if we went with another company, and losing out on electrical trying to keep the house warm...all because the job is 3 weeks behind when it was supposed to start! Plus, through all of this...we still are not getting communication with anyone but the receptionist when we call! I am beyond disappointed, frustrated, and annoyed with this company.

So I made one more call to DMS Roofing. Not only did DMS Roofing accept the job and arrive immediately, but also the work was of the highest quality at a fair price. Jeremiah Baldwin is the Sales and Construction Manager and treated my small job as if he were replacing a whole roof. His customer service was excellent, and we are very satisfied. We highly recommend Jeremiah Baldwin and DMS Roofing.

They did exactly what they said they would do and worked within our time frame. Everyday they worked on the roof the area was clean, and free of debris at the end of the day. They worked with my HOA and everything went off without a hitch. Mark was attentive to our concerns and finished the job strong. The office was also responsive to our calls. I would recommend this company and use them again.
