This is my first time owning a pool and we decided to hire a pool company to do the routine service required since I am clueless. I am THRILLED with Diamondback Pools level of service. Tom called me on Tuesday and we scheduled an inspection and cleaning for Friday. He was prompt and very patient/ helpful in explaining what was going to be required to maintain the pool. I am thrilled with Diamondback's competitive pricing. We have setup for Diamondback to pop out weekly to help us with the routine maintenance ($80 billed monthly). He even did this first inspection and cleaning for free. Thank you Tom!
