I am in the process of remodeling my home and one of my neighbors recommended Diamond Kitchen and Bath for my cabinetry. I went to the Grand Avenue location and met with Andrew. Andrew was very knowledgeable and helpful with designing my new kitchen. I took in the rough estimates of my space and explained to him the design layout I was looking for and Andrew took it from there! It is a one stop wonder. I was able to select my cabinetry style and color as well as countertops, sink and door hardware all in their showroom. My cabinets were delivered on time as promised. My installers name was Colton and he did a great job! He was courteous, on time and cleaned up when the install was completed. My countertops were delivered on time as well. The install schedule they provided me with has been right on point. Andrew has been a pleasure to work with and he was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Everything went well as promised. A couple of cabinet doors were warped, but those were replaced in a timely manner. It was very easy to work with the people in their office as well as with the people who did the installation.

Prices are reasonable and Greg is awesome, great customer service and he made sure the order was correct however, the contract did not specified that the granite was not going to be installed the same day as the cabinets. I had cabinets with no top for about 2 weeks while the granite company was getting it ready, which was very inconvenient for me. Fortunately, the granite was installed the day before Thanksgiving, but I had to spend extra money to buy pieces of wood to use on top in the meantime so I wouldn't damage the cabinets.

It went well from start to finish. I visited the showroom several times to decide on color and style. I submitted photos of what I currently had but we talked about changes I wanted. The salesman Randy Smith designed the layout, came out to measure, and then submitted the order. Cabinets were delivered and installed when expected. I am very pleased with the results--everything fit perfectly and the new cabinets look great. The whole process went smoothly.

Our salesperson was Nick. He provided us a fair quote and we signed the contract to have our master bath cabinets and countertop changed. The job was performed on time and with great care by the installers. The job came out great and even though there was a sticky drawer, they resolved the situation to out complete satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Diamond Kitchen and Bath to anyone.

I will let you kniow qualtity etc once I get my cabinets and shelving 4 weeks seems a bit long to me.

Week 1: I called to make appointment for estimate. A crew came to get measurements, to discuss our needs and to make drawings. A contract was written and signed. I paid 40% of the total. I was told the cabinets will be installed in 2 weeks (expected in week #3), in time for our move-in date on December 15, 2011. Week 2: Nothing Week 3: Nothing Week 4: I called three times to check on installation date (left messages). None of the calls were ever returned. Week 5: I called to check on the installation date. I was told the cabinets should install in 3 weeks. We moved into the new house without being able to unpack kitchen, linen closet and laundry room. Week 6: Nothing Week 7: The cabinets were partially installed. The base cabinets in kitchen had no shelves (we had requested roll-out shelves for all), so we still could not unpack any boxes. The linen closet had no shelves at all, so we couldn't unpack anything that would go there, either. The kitchen wall cabinets had no glass in the doors. I paid the balance of the cabinet cost, nonetheless. Week 8: The subcontractor arrived to measure for the countertops. I called Diamond to check status of the roll-out shelves for kitchen, the shelves for linen closet and the glass fronts for the cabinet doors. I was told that roll-out shelves were never ordered and the cost wasn’t included in the amount I had paid. I paid additional $700 for the roll-outs. Week 9: I called three times to check status of the roll-out shelves, shelves, glass fronts. Nobody returned my calls. The subcontractor installed the countertops. I paid balance of countertops. Week 10: Nothing Week 11: Nothing Week 12: Nothing Week 13: I called to check the status of the roll-out shelves, shelves, glass fronts. I was told the roll-out shelves had arrived 11 days ago and that someone was supposed to have contacted me to arrange for installation and that someone will get back to me. Nobody ever did. Week 14: I called to check the status of the roll-out shelves, shelves, glass fronts. A date was set for installation of roll-out this week. I called again to check the status of the glass fronts. Nobody returned my call. Week 15: The roll-out shelves were installed. I called to check the status of linen closet shelves and glass fronts. Nobody returned my call. Week 16: I called to check the status of the linen closet shelves and glass fronts. I was told someone would come the following week to install both. Week 17: The linen closet shelves were installed. The glass fronts installed, but they forgot to bring bumpers. I’m still waiting for them after 11 months (but not holding my breath). All of the people who came to the house to install cabinets and shelves did an excellent job. They were courteous and professional and worked quickly and efficiently. The work they did was excellent. I wish I could say the same for the folks at the office who left me hanging time after time and were never able to deliver what they promised when they promised it.

I would title this review "The no service center". I eventually just left.

I went to the Grand Ave location and they were wonderful! They are the best priced that I could find, about a $1,000 less then the second lowest priced I had quoted. I had to do the measurements for the quote but before we placed the final order Richard came out to do a double check of my measurements. He actually found some mistakes I made and gave me some ideas I had not even thought of. I am very pleased with the end results. Great looking affordable cabinets.

We had a few problems with those people. There was a lack of communication with those guys but we worked around it. They solved the problem but I would definitely check somewhere else. Once you get your kitchen cabinets, you don't want to do it again. Our overall experience is a tough one with those guys. I would give them a B since they did solve the problem.

They are still very good and their prices were reasonable. Everything stood out; the quality of the cabinets and quality of labor were all good. I did not have any problems with the cabinets afterwards; everything just worked. I will use them again in the future.

They said the field measurement i gave them were incorrect, but the measurements are correct. Two of the cabinets that they delivered were too large 42" tall when they should of been 36" tall. Now the rest of kitchen is off. They are trying to pass the blame off on us. We did not enter the cabinets sizes into their computer they did. They would not let us talk to owner, I have spoken to others at their company and they have said that sales person entered wrong size. They want to charge us for their mistakes. Also their delivery driver has crushed 2 protected desert plants which is a felony. We will proceed with the charges and will will not wait any longer for them to get the Sandusky stories in order, this is absolutely wrong on their part. Their stories are changing every time we try to talk to them. They have also forgotten other parts to the cabinet installation process.

We made an appointment and went in to talk to Nick. He was great. Took the measurements and kitchen layout provided by my husband and we discussed cabinets and countertops. We went back a few days later to see what he had drawn up. We were very pleased with everything he prepared for us. He had some excellent suggestions for the new layout. The price was great. Unfortunately, we were unable to do the remodel at that time. However, when we a prepared to do this remodel, we will definitely go back to Diamond Kitchen & Bath.

We did not have any problems at all with the order and installation. It was installed when it was needed.

They are on time and stood by the quote they gave me. I was pleased with the work.

I went to their store and they ordered everything for me. The contractor I used drew up the measurements. I picked out the cabinets and style. I bought from them because my step-daughter and her mother had used them and were very pleased. I had seen their cabinets and they told me it was a good place to go. They were very reasonable. They were very helpful. But one problem was that Diamond delivered the cabinets and my contractor installed them. There was supposed to be a touch-up crayon included with the cabinet and some of the screws were missing. Other than that I got the cabinets when I was promised, They got them almost to the day they said they would and I am really happy with the cabinets.

They were very patient and answered a zillion questions. The also gave us a great discount as well. They were punctual and the quality of the cabinets was great. The cabinets were semi custom made and to our preference.

The prices were great and they gave me awesome service as well. They said that the quality of the work is excellent. They were professional and on time as well. I would recommend them as well. They are a great company to deal with and I was overall pleased.

I ordered my cabinets and countertops on Thursday, Feb 15th. That it was supposed to take them 6-8 to complete with installation. Payment was supposed to be paid through my contractor and it was not. I tried to call back several times and with no response. On May 1st Todd called and said that the cabinets would be installed but there was a balance of $2300 due and that they needed that money to be able to install the cabinetry tomorrow. I was not given an invoice. Todd said that the contractor's response was slow and that it delayed the cabinetry process. They are not communicating with their customers and they are not taking any responsibility for their work they are blaming it on other contractor's. They gave us a days noticed of when they are supposed to come for installation and what are we supposed to do take a day off of work.

THEY WERE RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND WHO ALSO HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THEY HAD VERY GOOD PRICES. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT.

THEIR PRICES WERE A LITTLE HIGHER THAN THE QUOTE FROM ANOTHER SUPPLIER HOWEVER THEIR PROFESSIONALISM, WILLINGNESS TO MEET WITH ME AT THE HOUSE SEVERAL TIMES TO DISCUSS LAYOUT ETC. FAR EXCEEDED THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE OTHERS. THE CABINETS WERE ORDERED THE MONDAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING AND WERE DELIVERED AND INSTALLED ON DECEMBER 23RD AND DECEMBER 24TH! THERE WAS ONE PROBLEM WITH A CABINET AND THEY WERE OUT IMMEDIATELY TO CORRECT. I WILL USE THEM WHEN I ORDER CABINETS FOR A BATHROOM REMODEL THIS YEAR.

THEIR PRICES WERE THE BEST IN THE VALLEY. WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT. WORK WAS COMPLETED ON TIME, WHEN PROMISED. NO COMPLAINTS!

DIAMOND KITCHEN and BATH WAS THE BEST, I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IF I NEED TOO. THE WORKMANSHIP IS GOOD AND THE HELP WAS JUST GREAT. IF SOMETHING WAS NOT TO MY LIKING, SOMEONE WOULD COME OUT THE NEXT DAY TO SEE WHAT THEY COULD DO TO FIX IT AND MAKE IT BETTER.

INSTALLERS WERE ON TIME. INSTALLATION WAS ADEQUATE BUT FAR FROM PERFECT. SALES PERSON DID A POOR JOB AND LACKED KNOWLEDGE.
