We prepared for the worst and got the best. We have never done any kind of remodeling to our house before and Daniel made it an absolutely pleasant experience. We had several other contractors come out to our house and give us a bid, but nobody jumped in and asked the questions as Daniel did. He gave us several options explained to us and showed us several options to possibly lay out our kitchen make it more livable and enjoyable. Every single tradesman that came into our house was very respectful and pleasant. We asked Daniel an approximate time of completion and he told us just a little over a month. They finished it 3 weeks Wednesday to Wednesday. Best experience ever, we will be doing more in the future and this will be our company.

I would strongly suggest that you avoid Diamond Granite and Remolding at all cost. My experience with Diamond Granite and, Daniel Dubei, the owner was an unmitigated disaster from start to finish. For example: Inordinate wait for product preparation and installation. When the product finally arrived on installation day the measurements were way off - nothing fit. Either the laser measurements, fabrication, of both, were way off. The installers were still in my house at 9:00 PM on installation day attempting to make the prefabricated pieces fit. The bar quartz top was so bad measurement wise that it had to be returned to their shop and completely remade. The excuse was that they were supplied the wrong sink template. Disgraceful and total lack of attention to detail. It took ten days for them to return and complete the installation. Countless Tucson Granite and Quartz kitchen countertop ads guarantee tear out and complete installation in one day. I was without a kitchen for the entire ten day period. They installed particle board on top of my cabinets after the old granite countertops were removed which was thick to the point that it is now exposed under the lip of the newly installed quartz countertops. Disastrous preplanning on Diamond's part which resulted in a very poor outcome that will have to be addressed with exposed moldings. Zero attention to detail again. My original sinks were porcelain over cast. They were replaced with synthetic sinks in the new quartz. A step down for sure. Mr. Dubei's response is that the synthetic sinks have a lifetime warranty which I was never supplied with in writing and I wouldn't trust his word at this point with all that has transpired to date. The oversize bar sink that was installed didn't take into consideration the outside the cabinet garbage disposal switch which is now hanging exposed on the side of the bar cabinets. It will have to be moved to another safe location and I'm still left with the hole in the cabinet that the switch used to occupy. Again, disastrous preplanning and complete lack of attention to detail. I notified Mr. Dubei, in writing, that he was, under no circumstances, to charge my credit card with the remaining cost due until he and I agreed, in writing, what reasonable compensation would be for the corrections that still need to be made (exposed particle board, re-locating the electric and making provisions for the hole in my bar cabinets) along with the inordinate delay completing what was no more than a one day job and me being without a kitchen for 10 days. He never communicated and definitely charged my credit card when he was expressly told, in writing, not to. It was my mistake not to take the time to read the inordinate amount of one star ratings and blistering critiques Diamond Granite and Remolding and Mr. Dubei have garnered over time. If I had, I would have been duly forewarned and avoided the grief I experienced employing Diamond Granite and Remolding and Mr. Dubei. My advice would be to read Diamond's and Mr. Dubei's ratings and critiques very carefully. You will quickly see little attention to detail and preplanning on their part along with the complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

I would NEVER use Diamond Granite and Remodeling ever again. After laying our granite countertop we were told to apply a specific sealer every 6 months which we did religiously. After 2 years, we noticed significant darkening in the areas most often touched. We called. They dispatched a rep., who told us we should have been using the "super" sealer becuase the stone was porous. Told us to purchase a sand mixture and apply to small areas to see if it pulled out dirt. Took pictures and was to get back with us about the bigger dirt stain. NEVER DID. We called, got answering machine. NEVER called back. Hired a company to deep clean the granite for $500. Didn't help a bit. We decided to replace ($3,000 stone) and move to Quartz. Called them back and asked for a bid and an "adjustment" based on their advice and lack of follow-through. NOPE. And, gave us a bid for $5,500. NO WAY DIAMOND GRANITE! Not going to pay you when you lack the service, follow-through and provide the wrong sealer product. "Not a Fabrication/Installation error." Really, that is the way you handle customers who you want to spend $8,000?

Worst experience on a sub-contractor that we have ever experienced! Do not use this company for any work. They practice a bait and switch operation and will try and hold your project hostage while they ask for more money the DAY before installation, claiming to have measured wrong and they will need to purchase an additional slab. Do no trust that when they have you sign a contract that they will stand behind it in any way! Check out their reviews on the Better Business Bureau website. I didn't and regret it immensely. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

After obtaining 6 contractors’ quote for our kitchen and master bath remodeling, none of them quoted our countertops. They would give us a range of dollars that countertops may cost, but they did not include them in their quotes. We contacted Diamond Granite and Remodeling to quote our kitchen countertops so we could finish and choose our contractor. During our visit, Daniel, from Diamond, mentioned they also do remodeling and offered to give us a complete quote. He offered to also quote the countertops separate in case we wanted to only use them for countertops. We chose Diamond Granite and Remodeling to do the entire project. They weren’t the highest or lowest quote, but we appreciated the time Daniel spent with us and his follow through on any and all our requests. Unlike many of the other contractors, Diamond quoted all the work – plumbing, tiling/backsplash, electrical, etc. of which most of these individuals were his crew; believe the only exception was electrical. Diamond removed our old cabinets, installed new cabinets, countertops, and backsplash in the kitchen. They re-installed some of our old cabinets into our laundry room. Our kitchen remodel was completed ahead of schedule and we have received numerous compliments on the transformation! Daniel’s team arrived on time and sometimes stayed late to finish. They were efficient, courteous and neat. They cleaned the project area every night. Master bath project included removing old shower and tub, installing lights in a shower area, refinishing old cabinet and installing new countertops and sink. All work was completed on time and our bathroom is amazing! I will say we were concerned with Diamond’s policy of paying 50% upfront for the two projects. We discussed this with Daniel, and he explained they also have completed work and not been paid. We were apprehensive, but decided to put the 50% on a charge card so we could dispute if necessary. I’m pleased to say, it was NOT necessary. Again, all work was completed as quoted and we only had two change orders during the entire project. Both change orders were additional work we asked for. There were NO hidden charges that suddenly came up on our project. Yes, we will use Diamond again as we have an additional bathroom to remodel. Yes, we would gladly recommend Diamond.

Terrible. Paid top dollar and work was badly done, incorrectly measured, the workman cut off a 1/2" wide strip too much and glued it back on again, chips and other damage to the granite, plaster badly damaged, delays in any remedial work which is still not finished, Dave Dubei continues to ignore me despite my summary letter to him and request for completion, his promise to call me on July 15, and another reminder to him. He writes in response to other criticism "Communication is 100% important" to him. That's a joke. I have a complaint against him with AZ ROC in hand, will write again and to say how it went. UPDATE as of 8/30/16: Daniel Dubei got in touch and arranged for repairs. He advised that he has fired the crew that did the work due to multiple complaints and now has another crew in place. It's a pity it took so long to get to this stage, but at least we did.

[Member Name Removed], I want to start of by apologizing you feel this [Member Information Removed]. If your going to write a review please let everyone the truth. Truth is that our installers did seam a piece. We replaced that piece and now no longer has a seam. No other damages to the granite was caused. The chips you are expressing to everyone are called pitting and that's normal in the natural stone product and you were educated by Arizona Tile (Supplier) and signed off you understood. We filled those as much as we can on the day we were out there replacing the seamed piece. We didn't skip off on the job. Your job is completed. The only thing we were supposed to come back to do is drywall touch up on one side. Rachel (office manager) has put calls in to you and have not received a call back. Every time you called we answered and came to the house. I called you the day of email to speak to you. You said you don't want to speak because it's too late (it was 6pm). I told you that I'm going out of town early morning next day and that I would prefer to talk and you said no. I'm sorry but if you don't answer calls or want to speak when I have you on the phone then I don't know what else to do. I'll put in another call in

They blame everything on someone else
Description of Work: Everything they touched in my home has turned into a disaster. 1. They cut granite on my newly installed carpeting, causing black spots in at least 3 different areas. 2. They made promises that have not been fulfilled. They lied about several thngs and even called us liers in our own home. 3. They sold us cabinets that were not even in production and would not make our timeline. They didnt sell us hardware for them, so we cant open and close them. 5. The cabinet and the granite are not lined up, so the drawers will not close properly when you get them open. 6. The garbage disposal has been leaking for weeks unnoticed, causing water damage under the cabinets, the drywall and baseboards, therefore, the new granite tops have to be removed and they will probably be toast. 6. They took out a tub for a stand up shower on a 2nd floor and said that in remodeling "they never move the drain" to the center. Poured the shower base uneven and laid tile on it. It was a joke, so they removed all the tile and relaid new tile, which is still bumpy, but somewhat better. They broke a toilet during installation and dusnt tell us. Please do yourself a hugh favor and stay far away from these people. Theyvwill take your money up front and it all goes downhill from there.

Response from Diamond Granite & Remodeling
1. They cut granite on my newly installed carpeting, causing black spots in at least 3 different areas. [Removed member name] are having several repairs and renovations completed in their home. The day that markings were found on their carpet was a day two of our installers did install granite in their bathroom but no cutting took place in their home. There was also 2 other contractors in their home this day Classy closets and Painters (Both not associated with Diamond Granite & Remodeling). The markings were found in the upstairs loft both Classy Closets and the Painters would have also had to cross this area to complete their work. Since we worked in the upstairs guest bathroom and it could not be proven who caused the markings we paid for the professional carpet cleaning. I have an email from [Removed member name] stating that they are satisfied with the way the Carpet Cleaning turned out. 2. They made promises that have not been fulfilled. They lied about several things and even called us liars in our own home. We always fulfill all of our contracts with our customers. We strive to lead with customer service and communication with all of our customers. We would never call a customer a liar we listen to all complaints and address all issues and concerns with our customers. 3. They sold us cabinets that were not even in production and would not make our timeline. They didn’t sell us hardware for them, so we can’t open and close them. We sold the cabinets that the customer’s choose. We explained these were a new line of cabinets and ALL cabinets have to be ordered. We went over the time frame with [Removed member name] and never promised any specific dates. Hardware is always an option and an additional add on. [Removed member name] never expressed wanting hardware on their cabinets and this is a preference some customers want hardware and some customers don’t. 4. The cabinet and the granite are not lined up, so the drawers will not close properly when you get them open. This is a repair we were just made aware of on 08/11/2015. We responded on 08/11/2015, 8/17/2015, 08/18/2015, and 8/19/2015 asking when we could come out and look at the discrepancy and make any repairs needed to the bathroom countertop. [Removed member name] still have not responded with a date or time we can come out to their home to look and or repair the bathroom granite top. 5. The garbage disposal has been leaking for weeks unnoticed, causing water damage under the cabinets, the drywall and baseboards, therefore, the new granite tops have to be removed and they will probably be toast. We received an email on 08/15/2015 stating there was a slow water leak and they had another plumber come out and repair the leak. We responded on 8/15/2015 wondering why we were not notified immediately when [Removed member name] found the leak and why they choose to call another plumber for repair instead of us. Having other contractors touch our work automatically voids our warranty. 6. They took out a tub for a stand up shower on a 2nd floor and said that in remodeling "they never move the drain" to the center. Poured the shower base uneven and laid tile on it. It was a joke, so they removed all the tile and re-laid new tile, which is still bumpy, but somewhat better. They broke a toilet during installation and doesn’t tell us. Please do yourself a huge favor and stay far away from these people. They will take your money up front and it all goes downhill from there. Due to ROC standards, a shower drain can be left as is or centered as long as there is a standard slope/pitch towards the drain (Which allows the water to drain). [Removed member name] never stated they wanted their drain moved to the center and through-out this project there was often never anyone home or anyone we could contact to ask these questions to. So we installed per our written contract/agreement. As stated above, when [Removed member name] showed concern regarding the shower floor tile install, we did remove the tile and re-install for customer satisfaction. We always try our hardest to leave our customers happy and satisfied with any jobs we complete. Like any remodeling company there is payment structure that we follow. Currently [Removed member name] still owe us a remaining balance toward their contract.

I had a simple kitchen counter install that needed to be done by a deadline. I was lured in by a low price of $29.99 for granite counter tops only to find a host of additional charges added once the quote came in. I had to hound the rep three different times to get a quote after he promised it multiple times. They charged $250 dollars to cut a hole in the granite for the sink. Who knew a kitchen would need a sink! They also tried to charge me 9.5% sales and other service fees instead of the legal 8.1% sales tax. After I signed the contract they demanded all the payment up front which sent up red flags. Any time a contractor wants all the money up front expect problems. I provided them with a check for half the amount which they quickly cashed. They would not do the job without full payment up front. I ended up cancelling the job before it even started since they were being very shady about far to many things. There are far to many other good contractors out there to deal with this company.

Response from Diamond Granite & Remodeling
[member name removed], I'm sorry for your frustration. Regarding our low advertised price...it's starting from $29.99 on 4 selected colors. The 4 colors are pre-fabricated granite which comes with 4" standard backsplash and full bullnose edge. Anything additional would be an extra cost. Examples of extra cost would be: removal of existing countertops (Demo - in some cases customers complete this themselves or it is a new cabinet install), Plumbing work (Again does not need to go through us just an option we offer), extra fabrication cost, under the counter sink cut out, etc. There are lots of jobs that we have completed for the $29.99 price if they didn't want us to do anything additional besides fabricating the basics and installing. Every special offered out there will have a limit or restrictions for that price. As long as you stay within the restrictions then the offer will apply for your project. As far as asking for payment up front...we don't deposit your funds 100% up front. We collect 50% the day of signing the contract (that portion gets deposited) and we require you to post date a check or fill out a cc authorization form to be charged or deposited for the final amount on date of installation. We do not turn our backs on customer concerns or warranty issues. We have a clean license because we always address concerns, punch lists, or warranty issues. If you do not agree to our company policy we do not force any one to sign a contract. Please call the office if you have any further concerns or questions and we will be more than happy to address any of them as they come up.

If you're expecting competitive pricing, excellent communication and quality installation for your granite project. AVOID THIS COMPANY!! Once you've signed the contract, you will not receive any communication, I had to prod information from the sales representative Tina. We were never told what to expect, ever. I upgraded an island edge myself after the original quotation that added to the cost, never was it recommended by the sales representative. Now at this point I am questioning their professionalism and became concerned. I checked their pricing and they were higher than two other quotes I received. When I asked if they would price match, I was told by the owner Dan that I could cancel the contract for a $300 cancellation charge and at the time they had not spent a penny on the project yet. The template maker either failed to make correct templates or the cutters did not follow the templates as the sections were off by 1/2" at the joint and they just filled it with caulking, unreal!!! I had to give quality an F because the installation was so sloppy, one of the installers washed the epoxy they used to install the sink off of his hands with acetone and pored it all over my new floors. I informed the sales representative about the stains on my floors and she said she would tell the owner Dan, I have not heard a thing from Dan, nor do I expect to. The caulking all had to be redone and a section was missed completely. There was epoxy left all over the tops and sink, that I had to clean off. The installation crew has no process for covering up anything and really did not care at all. The granite fabricators do not deserve this score however, their work was fine. This company does not care about you as a consumer, read other reviews, I only review excellent or awful experiences. This was an awful experience. When I asked about the negative reviews and his employees lack of enthusiasm, communication, and quality of workmanship, I was told by owner Dan "we're only human, we make mistakes" What a cop out Dan, everything we experienced could be corrected with leadership! UPDATE The nightmare continues, on New Years Day our sink fell down, I had asked the installers if they were going to use the factory installation brackets provided by the sink manufacturer and they said they use epoxy and have never had one fall off. I read the installation process for correctly installing our very expensive Blanco stainless steel sink and epoxy was no where in the instructions. I had to do the installation from under my sink, and although very difficult to do this way, it is done correctly. Please people: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY RESPONSE TO DAN Dan, you are in denial and I quote "We don't have these type of issues on our installs" you're right, I made this up and I am sure if more unhappy customers took the time to review your company you could not just say "I"m sorry" anymore. Your employees are snowballing you, you do not have all of the emails I sent because the one you referenced at 7:30 p.m. was not my last communication. I don't have epoxy floors, I have stained concrete. It was not an accidental lacquer thinner spill, it was an employee washing epoxy off his hands by pouring ACETONE over them and then placing a rag under his shoe and smearing it further. I would never call you to have you or any employee of your company come back to my home to do anything, I just hope no one else will either.

[Member Name Removed], I really am sorry to hear about your sink dropping. We don't have these type of issues on our installs. I would have sent out someone to reset the sink for you the same day if you would have called us as soon as you noticed it. We stand behind our work 100% and always will. Communication between customer and company needs to take place for us to be able to address any issues. We found out about this because of the negative review you posted. Hiring a licensed, bonded and Insured company ensures you and other potential customers that if anything like this was to happen that we will be there to resolve it. When you called me regarding the communication issue your addressing in this review between you and Tina. You said you were upset that Tina does not communicate at all with you and that your last email sent she did not respond back fast enough. We do have all emails between you and Tina on record. There has been communications between you and her from day 1. Your last email to her was after hours at 730 pm and the next day was her day off. She responded back to you her next working day which made her response less than 48 hours. We do respect our employee's time off but that is also why we always have somebody available in office M-F 8 am-5 pm and Saturday 9 am-2 pm to address any of our customers needs. In this situation you never contacted us once at the office regarding any issues or questions. I am sorry to hear about your epoxy flooring. After we heard about the lacquer thinner being accidentally spilled on your floor you advised us that you would call us back after speaking with your flooring guys on what it would take to fix the issue. Instead 3 days later we received a bad review but no call from you stating what we needed to do to make you happy/satisfied by this accidental mistake. We have still not heard anything back from you as of yet regarding this issue. I truly apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact our office as soon as possible and we will schedule any repairs/warranty issues needed.

We have a 9' x 4' island in our kitchen and therefore had to purchase slabs of granite to avoid having a seam down the middle of the island. This increased the cost from Diamond Granite's prefabricated granite cost which is advertised at $30 a square foot. Overall, the job ended up being about $1,000 more than we were quoted in the sales office, due to our lack of knowledge on measuring the lip of the counter as well as the actual counter-top and the addition of the windowsill and the plumbing. The salesman was very friendly and my husband says we were promised that that extra $375 we paid to have the plumbing for the garbage disposal, dishwasher, new faucet (we supplied) and the reverse osmosis system would include changing out the hoses on the RO system. It did not. The $375 was for less than 2 hours of plumbing labor, which is work my husband could have done had he known. The installers were fantastic. I can't say enough good things about the installers, but due to the office not properly planning their jobs they were over 2 hours late for our appointment. We were scheduled for them to arrive at our home somewhere between noon & 4:00 pm. We received a call around 3:30 pm telling us the installers would be about an hour to 90 minutes late. They arrived at 6:45 pm and were at our home until 9:30 pm on a week night. As I said, the installers were great and I don't fault them for this but it was irritating. They brought with them a polished piece of the granite used for our job, to be given to us as a cutting board. Unfortunately, the polishing had not been completed and we were told the board would be taken back to the office, properly polished and brought back to us. A few days after the install, we noticed some chips in the granite and one place where a repair had been done but was not done to my satisfaction. I called and repairs were scheduled immediately and I was promised the cutting board would be brought at that time. The repairs were done to my satisfaction, but it would have been nice to know in advance that chipping and repairs were even a possibility. I was under the impression that granite was practically indestructible so I was unprepared for the chipping. Oh, and that cutting board? "Oops. Sorry. It was lost, but we'll happily replace it with 3 cutting boards of a different granite. You can use them for Christmas gifts." That was two weeks ago, and I'm still waiting. Basically, the job done was good but if you're promised any extras, just disregard them because they won't happen.

The project went smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. All of the crew including Sub-Contractors were professional, friendly and accommodating. We were very pleased with the end result and would use Diamond Granite and Remodeling again in the future.
Description of Work: They took over a bath, bedroom, baseboard and door remodel that had been abandoned by another Contractor. Installed bathroom vanity, granite, mirrors, new linen closet and all new electrical in the Master Bath area as well as redoing a bathroom window and tile that had been poorly done by the previous Contractor. Diamond Granite and Remodeling also installed new hardwood floors in the Master Bedroom as well as electrical outlets. They also painted the Master Bedroom. In addition all interior doors, baseboards and casings throughout the house were replaced.

Called company got immediate response. Some one would be by in week or two. Instead we got a call back and sent someone out that evening who was in the area. This was done after regular work hours and did a wonderful, efficient job.
Description of Work: Counter top seam began to separate from initial 11/13 installation.

Daniel came to our house to discuss the jobs and measure the bathrooms. He promptly submitted two quotes, one for each bathroom so we could take a "Construction Vacation" between the remodeling sessions. Daniel was very helpful and his "Anything's Possible" attitude won our confidence so we chose Diamond Granite for our remodeling project. Both bathrooms had original 1960's plumbing fixtures, tile, and flooring, and we needed to bring them into the 21st century! Daniel guided us through the remodeling process and selection of finishing materials. We are very happy with the final results of the remodels! When undertaking an indoor construction project, you always hope that the workers in your home are professional, skilled, honest, and trustworthy. That's exactly what we got when we hired Daniel and the Diamond Granite crew!

We used Diamond Granite Remodeling for two jobs. The first was new quartz countertops in both bathrooms and a laundry room. The installation was smooth and it looks great. The second was a remodel of our master bath shower and tub. Tina, our designer and estimator, had a ?can do? attitude. We were impressed with her knowledge of the materials and her ability to put all of our ideas into a design that was useful and beautiful. We were pleased Diamond Granite?s bid included a mosaic tiled shower floor, where the other bids were for a manufactured pan. Our only concern was with the tile subcontractor not following the design regarding finishing touches. The entire project took two weeks longer that estimated, but this was due to personnel shortages with the tile subcontractor and a factory mistake with the shower enclosure glass panels.
Description of Work: Diamond Granite Remodeling installed quartz countertops in our two bathrooms and a laundry room. We later used them to remodel our master bath which consisted of switching the shower and tub locations and the plumbing for each area.

I had a great time meeting them, especially Alex. He walked me through every detail, kept my head out of the clouds and was straight from the get-go. After hearing what styles we wanted, he suggested a tile that fit our price range and we are more than happy! On the date of the installation, Alex shows up with the crew to make sure that everything is going great. Jorge was the crew leader and this man is so knowledgeable about the installation of granite. Whenever we ran into snags, as you do with any home project, Jorge knew all too quickly what was the best solution and his implementation of that solution is amazing. Flawless work! My wife and I are extremely happy and we will be calling these guys back when we want to do the shower and tub walls...yes GRANITE! Diamond Granite!

We were looking to update 3 bathrooms and out kitchen. After taking measurements and getting all of our info he encouraged us to visit their showroom asap to nail down material details so he could work up the quote. We rearranged out schedule to go in that day where we met him again. When I'd heard nothing in about 10 days I called their office to get an idea how long it might take to get the quote and was told he must have an incorrect e-mail address or he'd have sent us the quote but that she'd have him call me as soon as he came in that day. When I heard nothing I called back the next day, as we were getting other quotes but were excited to work with Daniel. The same woman who was very nice the previous day was very short with me, told me he'd gotten my message but was very busy and would return his calls when he could. I never heard from them again. My husband and I are also very busy, too busy to waste our time. It's a shame because we were prepared to spend quite a bit of money with these people.
Description of Work: When I first contacted them by e-mail requesting a quote they responded within a day and we scheduled an appointment for the following week.

They were very quick to come out and get this done. One of their technicians just stopped on his way home and did it. It was very quick and professional. He was also very careful to keep the area clean during the process and cleanup any dust when he was finished.

Back splash and granite counter tops installed. Counter tops done well. Back splash was not. There's still a large seam that is obvious and they don't seem to know what to do about it. Said they couldn't fix it but would think about yet agreed that there were some deficient areas to be fixed. They have never gotten in touch again. Our sales person even claimed that he had explained that there would be a seam and that they could not use caulk to conceal it. That's false.

[removed member name] I have responded to your concerns within 48hrs. of the call. I came out to see the concerns you and the Mrs. had. I told you that I will take care of it and offered to come out 2 days later. You said NO because the wife was not in town. Therefore, we agreed to wait until after the holidays. Today is the first week after the holidays. You have not given me any chance to call and set something up. You have a seam disclaimer stating that you understand and that we have spoken about the seams and that they can not be invisible because you are dealing with natural stone. So that is not false. You have paperwork and so do I. You also gave us a "D" on punctuality....why? We always gave you a window frame of when I or the crew will show up and always did show up between the time frame. When I said I will be there I was always there. When we scheduled the install we were there. I don't understand the grade on that. Same goes with Responsiveness. Always communicated no matter what. I will call you later today to schedule the repair as Promised. Have a great day Daniel 602-423-4830

The service installed new granite counter tops and a large island. The installer managed almost invisible seams where he had to join the two two angles. The granite selected was a perfect match for our kitchen. They were prompt, courteous, and tried to maintain a clean workplace. We are very happy with this service!

I had gotten a written estimate back in July of this year from Diamond and it was an average price. The granite is pre-cut so they are already to go and you don't pick out a slab which was fine with me.....I had misplaced the initial estimate so when the Angie's special listed the deal as 40 percent off I was glad to see it.....turns out it's 50 dollars less than the previous price quoted and that was their regular price......they always charge this price.....which is often advertised as a special but you can get the same price at any time.....its really not a special......Waste of time and I applied for a refund.
Description of Work: Gave a estimate of the cost for 54 square feet of granite for my kitchen counter tops............

Hi [removed members name] I'm sorry to hear that you feel as this coupon is not a savings. I have tried to contact you to set an appointment after your purchase of this coupon to come out and measure. I received no response. I also looked back in July on our calendar to see if we had an appointment to come and see you and measure your kitchen....your name did not show up. What date was the quote? Did we come out to see you? Did you walk into our showroom with your drawings? How did we give you a price? What color was it for? Please confirm that information. You have not given us a chance to come out and give you a solid bid and you have a public post that my coupon is not of any savings. I would greatly appreciate an opportunity to come out and see your home and give you a solid price based on colors that the coupon applies to. I Look forward to your response. Thank You and Have a Great Day. Daniel 602-423-4830

The project went very well. The installers were Fillipay and Richard, both of whom were very professional and did a great job. The best thing about Diamond Granite is that they will also include the plumbing, whereas a lot of other companies do not. I found that other companies will not touch the plumbing, creating more of a hassle for installation. They will do the job from beginning to end so you don't have to worry about reconnecting stuff and disconnecting stuff. The counters look great and I am very happy with the outcome. Recommend this business highly.
