Our appointment was for 8:00, but we received a call about 7:30 stating they'd had an overnight emergency call that needed to be handled and could they come at 9:00. This was perfectly fine with us. If we were having an emergency we'd appreciate someone letting us go ahead of them. We appreciated that they called to ask rather than just showing up late. Brandon arrived around 9:00. He checked everything out and told us a couple of things that would have to be done in the spring. Also said the bearings on our furnace were wearing down and probably wouldn't last much longer. He quoted us approx $500 to replace the motor, but said with the age of the unit he couldn't recommend doing that. We agreed - would rather put that $500 toward a new unit when this one gives out. They have always been honest about what needs to be done and don't try to sell us services/repairs we don't need. We purchase a yearly contract every spring so this call didn't cost us anything. Brandon was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. We've used Dial One Mears for several years and have found all of their service personnel to be the same. We highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an air conditioning and heating company.

They are very good and i would recommend them to others.They were very efficient, we had 2 other companies looked at our unit and they wanted to sell.While this company fixed the problem.

My AC had given up as it does each year. I checked the list here & called around. Mears responded well to my questions over the phone. Things started off poorly as I spent most of the day waiting for the technician, but that changed once he arrived. The technician that came out was honest & straightforward. He was professional yet friendly & got right to work. He identified the problem, got my ac up and running & even provided advice to keep me from spending too much right now when I didn't have to. He was direct & polite and swift despite the late arrival.

I got them through the gas company or the electric company I deal with. They are very good. I like them. They are not trying to take me to the cleaners. I had the thermostat downstairs blow on me and it took out something in my heating unit. He told me to replace the upstairs one, but he told me to wait until they were coming out to do summer check on the air-conditioning and then it wouldn't cost that much. That's one of the things I like about them. I haven't got the bill yet so I am sure about the cost. They were excellent. The price seemed to be the norm. The quality of work was excellent. Their response was excellent. I most definitely would use them again.

I am very satisfied with the work and level of commitment this company has shown over the years. I have a very good experience dealing with them. They are very congenial and professional guys. I definitely recommend them for this job.

I just had this done today and all went very well. They were reasonably priced and everything. They do also maintain my system for me regularly. They are great. Toady certainly was a good day. I am very pleased with what they did and with what they charged me too. They are a very professional company and I have no complaints with them at all.

I have used them twice for routine services. They offer reasonable pricing, no trip charge and do not try to fix things that are not necessary. Unfortunately, I do not recall the cost. The repair person showed up on time. Following all the visits, the work area is always left clean and they even spray off the units. They truly are very honest, genuine people.

They did a very good job replacing my a/c unit and were very good with the additional duct work that was needed as well. I felt that they knew what they were doing and overall did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to others.
