They showed up when scheduled. Did a great job of trimming and clean up.

Excellent job! Removed three large trees in record time and cleaned up the yard! We were so impressed, we hired them again to remove a couple more trees. Price was reasonable and competitive so we highly recommend this company and the hard-working guys!

Second time we've used Design Tree Maintenance. Our son has used them as well. They removed a large pine in backyard a couple years ago and they did such a great job then, so we used them again. Ben, one of their Arborists, had come out couple weeks ago and went through the yard listening to our concerns and what we needed done. His recommendations were great. Two remaining Pines were treated by a technician, he explained to us how to use the treatment each month that he left with us, after treating the tree and roots. The tree crew came and took down 2 pines that were diseased that we wanted removed. They had a crane come in and they were all very professional, had the proper protective gear for safety, cleaned up everything and were in and out. They cleared the deadwood out of a treated pine, it looks great now. This tree crew was very friendly, knew their jobs and got it done. Then the last crew here was Mark and Johnny who did extensive stump grinding. We had an old large olive stump in the front that they got ground down and now you'd never know there was anything there. We had a total of 11 stumps to be ground down, they did it with experience, safety, cleaned everything up, and were very friendly as well (as they all were). Now mind you, each crew came out at their scheduled time or day. We received text messages telling us the time frame and they were right on time each time. They don't necessarily get this all done in one day due to scheduling of the different crews. The money was well spent, these guys all worked very hard and know their jobs.

It went very well! The ONLY reason I am hesitant to hire Design Tree again is the escalating prices! They have constantly gone up and as I am on a fixed income (I’m a 77 year old retired teacher) I am no longer able to afford the services of of Design Tree. And for than I am very unhappy.

The crew arrived on time and completed the work as requested. An irrigation line was severed with the stump removal and was patched. However there was another leak and the Company sent someone the next morning who fixed it. The Company is very responsive and professional in dealing with customers.
