The person quoting for the job arrived on time and acted professionally in quoting for the work. The teams arrived on time and performed the work professionally and speedily. They were courteous and cleaned up the yard after they finished.

The rep showed up 1 1/2 hours late. I actually called the office after he was 30 minutes late, just to make sure I hadn't messed up the time. The woman I spoke with said, ''Well, he should be on his way.'' Another hour passes before he shows up! Mind you, this was not a ''window'' but an actual appointment. The rep didn't say a word about being so tardy, which really floored me. He also screwed up by not explaining to me when he gave me the bid that another team would be coming out on a different day to remove the stump. When he was leaving, he assured me that, if we decided to go with DTM, they would be able to come out either the next day or the day after. That afternoon, I called the rep's cell and left a message saying, ''YES, we want to go ahead. Please call me so we can schedule the job.'' It took 3 days for them to return my call. After the removal, it was another four days before the stump removal team came. But first, I had to call to ask why my stump was still there.

We called for an estimate and got one the same day. The crew arrived exactly on time the next morning and completed the work in 1 1/2 hours, clean-up included. At all times we were consulted about the extent of the work to be done. There were four men working on our job, all employees of the company and properly trained. They were willing to answer questions during the job. We do have roof damage from the tree, but now its branches are above the house and not on it. We were very pleased with the efficiency of the crew, and the price seems more than fair. Clean-up was quite good.

Workers came when expected. Did a good job of cutting and hauling tree debris. Careful to avoid damaging other plantings. Also took away a load of yard debris that I had dug up. Used a leaf blower to clean and haul all fallen leaves from trees. Came back four or five days later to grind out stumps. Gave me a senior discount of 10%.

They showed up for estimate and seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. Then they arrived a few days later to complete the work. Their work was great, and they cleaned up after themselves. They completed the job just as I had requested, and it looks great!

I spoke with Jason and received a quote for $150 for the removal of two bushes and roots in the front yard. He faxed over a work order, which I signed and sent back. Four workers arrived on time and began work on removing the trees in the front. This included using a chainsaw, axe, and a pick. I then wanted a quote on the removal of two more trees in the backyard. I had to call the main office and was quoted more $80 more for the two trees. I agreed to pay the extra money. There was a brief discussion with the foreman whether they were to remove the tree root or just cut the root to the ground level. I informed the foreman that I was quoted the initial $150 and the additional $80 for root removal as I intended to plant trees and to replace the bushes. Admittedly, this was more difficult than just cutting the bushes, but after the foreman spoke to his supervisor over the phone he proceeded in a professional manner. The workers removed the debris and cleaned up thoroughly.

Was on time with estimate and service, did quick efficient work, and cleaned up afterward.

The estimate on the work was prompt and free. They scheduled the work for two days later. Four workers arrived promptly that morning, and completed their work in just about two hours, chipping up, on site, all the debris and leaving our yard clear and clean.

Antonio Cruz was our representative - very professional, clean cut, prompt and friendly. Arrived exactly when promised. Work done the very next 2 days as promised. Lovely job. True to the penny on the estimate. Great office support by office girls. Cleaned up after themselves. Very fair price. Excellent value. Am considering them for additional landscape plantings.

Very professional, did exactly what was contracted, the bid was $200 below the other bidder. No complaints. This is the second time I have used them.

The crew of five was on schedule, very polite and they finished the work in less then two hours. We were very pleased with everything. The ficus, hedge and bottle brush were not included in the estimate, but the estimate is exactly what we were charged.

Very positive with all of it - office, estimate & job. They were accommodating to my schedule and were punctual and professional. They listened to what I wanted and made helpful recommendations. They did a great job cleaning out the inside of the tree and cut the overgrown side back. My only complaint (and it seems to be common to the tree trimmers I have encountered) is that I would prefer to be asked to review the trim job before they put all their equipment away!

I did not have to worry. They are a very professional team.

PETE, THE ARBORIST, CAME TO THE HOUSE AT THE APPOINTED TIME AND QUICKLY GAVE ME AN ASSESSMENT OF THE DAMAGE AND AN ESTIMATE FOR THE WORK. THE OFFICE CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO SET UP A WORK DATE, PROMISING TO CALL THE BUSINESS DAY BEFORE THE WORK DATE TO SET A TIME. WE RECEIVED A CALL AS PROMISED, SETTING THE APPOINTMENT FOR 1 PM. AT 3:30 ON THE WORK DATE THE CREW ARRIVED, NOT HAVING CALLED TO SAY THEY WOULD BE LATE. THE WORK WAS DONE AS SPECIFIED, AND THE SITE CLEANED UP QUICKLY.

ROLAND CAME OUT AND QUOTED THE JOB. HE WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL IN HIS DEMEANOR, AND WAS CLEARLY VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT THE TREE NEEDED. HE QUOTED THE JOB RIGHT AWAY AND GAVE US A COPY OF HIS VERY COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT BEFORE HE LEFT. WHEN WE WERE DUPED BY A DIFFERENT TREE SERVICES COMPANY TWO DAYS LATER (BEWARE THE ''BAIT & SWITCH GUYS WHO QUOTE LOW FOR ONLY HALF THE JOB), WE CALLED DESIGN TREE MAINTENANCE IMMEDIATELY. THEY ARRIVED A DAY LATER, EXACTLY ON TIME, AND DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB IN JUST OVER AN HOUR. THE CLEANUP WAS, LIKEWISE, PERFECT. I ALSO LIKED THAT I WAS ABLE TO PAY OVER THE PHONE USING A CREDIT CARD. THE PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE AS WELL. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS HIGHLY ENOUGH.

THIS COMPANY IS DISORGANIZED. THE WORK THEY DID WAS EXCELLENT, ESPECIALLY THE TREE TRIMMING. THE ISSUE IS THAT THEY DON'T SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL, AND THEY DON'T RETURN MESSAGES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS GROUP WITH CAUTION AND ONLY IF YOU CAN DEVOTE LARGE AMOUNTS OF TIME TO WAITING. I WILL MENTION THAT THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL ON THE PHONE AND IN PERSON, THEY JUST DON'T FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THEIR APPOINTMENT TIMES OR RETURN MESSAGES.

WOW! ROLAND, THE ESTIMATOR WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND SENSITIVE TO MY CONCERNS (I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY 2 YEARS BEFORE). HE SAID HE'D MAKE SURE TO RELAY ALL MY WISHES TO THE CREW, HE TOOK DETAILED NOTES. THE 3 MEN THAT CAME OUT WERE FAST, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL, AND THEIR CREW LEADER SPOKE ENGLISH VERY WELL. THEY FOLLOWED MY INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY, EVEN WHEN I CHOSE NOT TO GO WITH THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS A FEW TIMES. MY TREES LOOK EXCELLENT! ANOTHER COMPANY ESTIMATED THIS JOB AT $1,800. I THOUGHT THEY WERE CRAZY, AND IT TURNS OUT I WAS RIGHT. THEY WERE VERY FAST, SAFE AND EFFICIENT, AND THEY LEFT MY YARD CLEANER THAN WHEN THEY ARRIVED. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB FOR A FAIR PRICE. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB CLEANING UP. THEY GROUND THE BRANCHES IN THEIR MACHINE SO THEY DID NOT HAVE TO SIT IN THE ALLEY.
