It went well. Planning was good. There was a bit of a communication glitch between the company & the workers, but totally fine & worked out. Anything I questioned was completely respected & handled. Overall we are very pleased with the outcome.

Arrived on time, completed the work and cleaned up, I would hire them again and I am a repeat customer.

Owner Ben showed up promptly and reviewed the tree and explained what was needed. We also asked him about a large Palo Verde tree that needed trimming. He provided an explanation and an estimate of the work and cost, which we signed. His worker arrived promptly on July 1`, 2021 and was very pleasant and did the treatment consisting of boring and placing pest poison in the tree trunk and ground. He explained his actions and departed. The tree showed big improvement a week later and has put on lots of new growth leaves. The trimming crew arrived on July 26 and trimmed the Palo Verde. The crew chief and his helper were extremely professional in their work and pleasant in their conversing. They did a great job and tree is much improved in appearance. They cleaned up the yard and street nicely and the Chief took the time to come up and ask our opinion and stated he was glad the company had been given the opportunity to work with us. We received a followup call from the home office and the person was very polite and pleased that we were happy with the work. I would definitely hire Design Tree and recommend them for any further work I might have.

They were very responsive, did a great job removing and cleaning up.

The palm tree removal was in an elevated planter with existing flowers and water system, next to a block fence, with a yard sprinkler system in ground. Very difficult removal, and no damage was sustained during removal or stump grinding. The yard rock placement, planting of palm, and water system extension to the palm was completed without any problems. The workers were very professional, had the tools and knowledge to do the work in a very safe manner, and attended to our requests as the work progressed.

Job well done and was finished quickly.

This initial contact with the arborist went well. Nick was professional and friendly and helpful. The first available appointment was 3 weeks out! I would have preferred to have been contacted 48 hours to confirm the appointment. I called them. They were not able to meet my time frame. The crew came out at the scheduled time and did the work quickly and efficiently. I was informed I can get on an annual plan in the future. I called back to get that information and have not heard back from anyone.

Excellent. Entire staff, from the first person I called in the office to inquire about the company, to the advisor who came out and did a scope of work and price estimate, to scheduling, to the different crews assigned to different tasks in the project, were all above and beyond friendly, polite and patient in answering any question or concern I had. They returned all phone calls in a timely manner and kept me informed as different crews were coming to the project. It was obvious in discussing with the company that they were not only very professional and courteous but knowledgable and showed expertise in the area of trees and landscape plants and the proper way to select, plant and irrigate them. It was well worth the financial investment to pay for professionals who did things the right way, literaly from the ground up and not just offer "free planting" which I've done in the past. True saying, "You get what you pay for" and in the past we didn't get a good job when we didn't pay that much and went for the "free" offers. we used lanscape compay's who did a poor job of only trimming our trees. With Design Tree Maintenance, their arborists oversee the proper pruning of trees. We will continue to use their services as we add more trees and plants in the future and in correctly fertilizing and pruning our trees on a yearly basis.

Everyone and everything was done expertly and professionally from Ben to men who actually did the work. But office staff not so much. Office staff didn’t contact me to say if or when they were coming and then instead of just apologizing they made all kind of excuses and very subtly suggested it was my fault.

The construction personnel were left to do the work with no supervision. Handicapped owner had to spend a lot of time making sure work was properly done and making phone calls requesting a supervisor show up..

It went well like it usually does. A couple of times the workers needed additional instruction on what was needed but they worked quickly and did exactly what needed to be done. The yard looks great; would definitely hire again.

They were great! They were careful in cutting it down and removing it from the backyard. Cleaned up everything before leaving. Would hire them for any of there services.

These guys are the best! This was a complicated job and I was concerned that they could get all that I wanted. Everything was perfect and beyond my expectations. I've used them for a few years and would never consider anyone else.

Excellent job! Removed three large trees in record time and cleaned up the yard! We were so impressed, we hired them again to remove a couple more trees. Price was reasonable and competitive so we highly recommend this company and the hard-working guys!

They always do excellent work, however their prices reflect that they are tree professionals.
