The arborist was very knowledgable, made good suggestions, and worked flexibly with us to design the project. The crews were skilled, efficient, meticulous, and solved any problems as they arose. The company was reliable, work was done on predicted schedule, and they responded to all questions or concerns quickly.

the best thing about this company is the crew that actually removed the tree, those 4 men were great. pretty much everything else was not good. trying to get a phone call back from "Nick" the arborist is not very timely. it happens but a few days later. He claims they are buried in calls, and work with this summers heat killing trees. Which is good for the company. But waiting 5-6 weeks for the work to be done is not good, and then trying to get a call back in a timely manner does not happen Nick says they are slammed, well work weekends when you have so much work.. hire more people...something....but don't let people wait even for a return phone call. You tell people you are only on that side of town 2 days a week, so why not throw in a saturday? when work is there jump on it. I would have gone elsewhere but had already paid them 600 for tree injection (which did not work) and ground fed for other trees. And was told if tree needed removed after injection that fee would be reduced. Well I ended up with tree removed and new 36" pistache planted for 3600.00.. I guess they saw me coming. I would use someone else.....now waiting another week for stump removal because they are only on this side of town 2 days a week... work OT looks like there is plenty of money......I started this process in the beginning of October

They always do a good job. The yard is totally clean of all trimmings.

Mark's crew did a great job and cleaned up good afterwards. All spoke good understandable English and were polite and accommodating. It really pays off to hire skilled arborists. I have been using this company for years and my yard looks great.

Diseased large jacaranda tree located close to homes and block wall, was expertly removed with no damage to any surrounding structures or landscaping. Surrounding area left immaculate. Nicely prepared and stacked some leftover trunk at our request. These guys are pros!

Very well. Timmed a large mesquite in the front yard and several large ficus trees in the backyard. All look terrific. I don't think I would trust my large mesquite tree to anyone else. C. Hughes Mesa

Work was done as scheduled, done well, area cleaned up. They contacted me the day after I submitted the request. (The other company never even called.) though they were not able to schedule the service for about two weeks.

They worked incredibly quick and without incident.

They were very good people. They wre responsible. They sent out people who were experts in cutting. They knew what they were doing. They came in October to check. I have no problems with them.

Perfect! They are amazing! I would definitely recommend them. Actually we have been using them for over 15 years. We have 4 beautiful Ash Trees that have maintained by them.

They did a great jog shaping and trimming our two Museum Palo Verdes and up the the area afterwards.

perfect On time and reasonably priced

The work was excellent. I had a few issues, but they were great to work with and solved all the problems encountered - most notably without any pushback at all. I think the measure of a company is how they respond when things don't go perfectly. These guys were great in their response to my requests to correct things. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any tree issue you may have....
