Design Tree Maintenance is always my go-to company for all tree care needs. They are fast, friendly, and reliable. It is important to have someone that knows what they are doing if you want healthy trees- and these folks are the best!

They did a fantastic job on a very challenging project with lots of moving parts. We have used them for years and continue to trust them with our trees' health and overall plan for our property and landscaping. They really listen, adapt to our needs and budget, and make sure to educate on the rationale for a particular solution.

We've been using this company for years. The service has always been predictably good.

Everything that was handwritten in our contract was done to our request. We will rehire them again for the removal of the two final palm trees left over. I had other offers, but with Design Tree Maint., they were the only company that took the time to write out my request as to what trees to trim and thin out. And what tree to remove along with the removal of two tall palm trees. They returned the next morning to finish the tree stump grinding and let us know which tree they put poison on so we made sure our dogs wouldn’t go near there.

The team was very efficient. I appreciated the level of communication while scheduling the two appointments. Very happy with the results.

Ben was on time, courteous, and knowledgable on quote/consult day. Appointment was moved to an earlier date due to a cancellation which I appreciated. Work was done well and with care to avoid surrounding structures...fences, shed, house. The neighbor's chinaberry leaned largely toward my yard, therefore, lots of shedding in my yard. The clean up was above and beyond! Minor chain link fence damage (top rod bent) was repaired without question/suggestion from me the very next business day with a message left on my door by Chris to give him a buzz to confirm that everything was satisfactory. One of only two good experiences during a 27 month long renovation project. I was left thinking "this is what all projects should be like". I would definitely use Design Tree Maintenance again and will refer to friends/neighbors!

We’ve been using Design Tree for about 10 years. Dependable and knowledgeable

New tree is great. Had a new irrigation control box put in and it still not working on the schedule we requested. Installation of new control box was messy and the workers did not do a very good job of clean-up after putting in new wires to connect with my wifi. As a matter of fact they were rude and acted offended when my son asked them to clean up the mess. Not happy with the practice of scheduling - they sent a text about when they would be here without contacting me to see if we would even be home. Then they were late for the scheduled time. I have used Design Tree for many years and their service and follow-up has gone down. Still having to contact them to get the watering system correct.

Service was quick and the people gave detailed info for all work done.

Design Tree trimmed my trees, removed one tree, and treated a sick tree. Everything they did was done very well. Defintely will have them come back next year to trim trees again.

The initial consultation with the arborist (Nick) was able to be done sooner than expected and the tree replacement was done sooner than originally scheduled due to an earlier opening. The work met our expectations.
