DSS was unable to provide any system that worked in a reliable manner and then refused to work on the system or repair it without additional payment.
Description of Work: DSS was hired to set up a home automation system, including wifi, audio visual, alarm, printing, security cameras, pool equipment monitoring, cable and music.
