Really good!

I've been a member with DSFCU for over 30 years. Over 30 years, they have really gone down hill. I don't mind their bad rates on their products. 2.9% for a car loan? The car dealership gave me 0.9%. I don't appreciate the unprofessionalism at DSFCU with my money. Overtime, I've seen more and more immature children working there. For example, on more than one occasion, cashiers kidding around, talking to each other while there's a line of nine people waiting. I never used to see stupidity like that. I understand human nature wanting to have fun. I get it. But, not while there's a line of people waiting there. I wish I had the ability to post video on here? At Chase bank, they are much better. I haven't closed my DSFCU account yet. But, I did move 95% of my money over to Chase. I've had "NO" fees at Chase because I have direct deposit. Chase also offers me the ability to "easily" transfer money on the internet for free to all of my other accounts like Fidelity, USAA bank, DSFCU, etc.

Our experience with them has been good. I think they provide better rates for loans.

What I like about Desert Schools Federal Credit Union is that they are not a bank. Being a credit union, it does not have all the banking fees charged in a bank.

The fees for what we use are reasonable. We will continue to use them in the future.

They are friendly and willing to answer my questions. They follow up well and are a very good bank.

In order to have an account with no fees, you have to enroll in direct deposit or use your ATM card a certain number of times AND have online statements. When I went online to set up online statements, it was impossible to sign up. I tried 5 times. I finally figured out that everything was case-sensitive, so it kept throwing me back to the beginning and wouldn't tell me the problem. I finally got to the part with the password. It kept rejecting it again and again, without explanation. I finally called them and they told me that they couldn't verify that, after waiting for 45 minutes to get an answer. So I just closed the account.

SOME ERRORS IN THE PROCESS AND SLOW (DELAYED HOME CLOSING), BUT WOULD CONSIDER AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE RATES AND CONVENIENCE OF AUTO WITHDRAWAL OF PAYMENTS.
