 + -1 moreRoman and his crew showed up right on time. In addition they delivered some boulders from the rock provider and helped me to place them as I wanted them. (As can be expected I changed my mind a couple of times in where they should go) He and his crew went to work on the 24 tons of material, were thorough and completed the job with a final raking within 2 hours, much faster than I anticipated. No fault of the crew, the bobcat that was brought in to assist the moving of material unfortunately found one spot where to irrigation tubing was just under the dirt, thus so close to the surface it was severed. Roman reconnected the tubing and alerted me to what had happened. I am happy with their work.
Description of Work: Starting to landscape a barren back yard with only a newly installed river-rock "river" and and irrigation system (end result that tubing was not installed at the right depth), and some planting accomplished, I needed "ground cover" to cover newly exposed clay earth. Roman Villareal's estimate of amount of quarter minus material required, delivery, and labor to spread.was very reasonable. Much better than if I had paid the rock provider to deliver, and the estimate price that original people (that I had hired to put in a "rock river" and who did a poor job with installation of the irrigation system) quoted to spread. And a better estimate than rock provider to deliver and spread..
