It would be impossible to find a better pool service anywhere! When you call or email Mike or Kellie, you either reach 1 of them live or their answering machine. If you leave a message, they'll return your call the same day, often within the hour. A large cactus fell into my pool and I was about to turn on the automatic cleaner when I decided I'd better call Mike. He picked up right away and told me NOT TO DO ANYTHING until he got there (about an hour later). I thought the pool would NEVER be clear and clean again but when Mike left an hour or so later, it was even cleaner than prior to the cactus falling in and I had a tough time convincing him to take payment! You just don't find people like Mike these days. He and his wife handle everything pool related (nothing is ever outsourced) and customer satisfaction is a high priority with both of them. English is their native language so you never have trouble understanding what they're saying. In short, Mike and Kellie at Desert North Pool Services are extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, punctual and (I believe) scrupulously honest. They just don't come any better!
