Description of Work: I'm perfectly satisfied with the experience and would use Desert Mountain again. The representative that came on site was professional and did quality work. The experience was tempered due to him being a little late, and it costing a bit more than expected. I believe the difference in cost was a communication issue rather than anything more substaintial.

Description of Work: We had an outlet that was doing crazy things, ie: turning TV and bathroom light on and off. He knew right away that someone had connected the outlet incorrectly. He said a lot of Arizona electricians are not certified and thinks that is what our issue may have been. He was a certified journeyman electrician. We were very pleased.

Description of Work: I have been having an issue with my hot water heater shutting off and burning out the heating element. Since this was a new heater, I called the plumber back to take a look, he replaced the heating element and thermostat, but told me that I should get an electrician to look at the box it was hooked up to. After replacing 2 heating elements, I called Desert Mountain Electric. They came right out, did an inspection of my entire home and switched out the electric box for my hot water heater. I have had no issues since. They were professional, prompt and did not nickle and dime me for every little thing they did. I was very happy with them and would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They spent most of their time telling me about their restrictions and limitations. I am not acquainted with electricians and maybe this is standard in the industry. But because it was my first experience and not one I was pleased with, I would not use them again.
