Description of Work: I could not be happier with Desert Mountain Electric. My electrician (and I say that because he's stuck with us now!) arrive 45 minutes early for what was supposed to be an easy GFCI installation on a house we just bought. Turns out, not so easy, the wiring in the kitchen was completely absurd and not at all up to code. It was clear that there had been a previous remodel that cut some corners. John figured out where the circuits were, installed GFCIs on the circuits he could, and then let us know what problems we were going to run into in the future as well as giving us plenty of options of how to fix them if we chose to. We have already scheduled our next service with him to fix the pressing issue. Through it all he put up with my numerous questions (and those of my 6 year old) gave us estimates for every possible scenario, and was courteous and professional the whole time. I would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: An outdoor porch light was installed for the $69. But since there was time left over on the contracted hour I asked them to install a ceiling outlet for my new garage door opener. They did and I paid for the addition time used. I was thrilled and will definitely use them again. I love the process of being able to pay for service up front, communicating by email and getting the work done in a matter of days. I couldn't have asked for better service or a friendlier or more knowledgeable electrician.

Description of Work: The repairman arrived unexpectedly at 7:00 A.M. I did not make that appointment that early. He did all of the things I had previously listed. However,he did not separate the light and fan switch in the office. Now I have a wall switch that is nonfunctional. He was only able to put the light and fan on the same one.
