Description of Work: They were professional, arrived on time, and rewired the electrical box. We had moved into a home that the owner had wired everything himself and nothing was labeled correctly. When my husband asked questions because we know we will need additional work down the road, the service man just kept telling my husband that they were only rewiring the box and didn't answer any of his questions. The box ended up being labeled somewhat correctly but all the wiring was not identified. But like I said, this was a difficult one. Next time we would use a company that was more user friendly that we could build an ongoing relationship with.

Description of Work: Installed a light fixture

Description of Work: We purchased the special to have our lighting checked. We had had issues since the new grass was installed. The electrician came and said all it needed was to reset. That worked for a bit, but it kept tripping off. He came back out and said we needed to have a new system put in, because he had no idea why it kept tripping. I called to have a new system put in. He came back out and said he didn't understand why it was not working. He was going to go through and undo each light to figure out why. I told him I really felt that the issue was in the back where I had told him they pulled out the wiring to install the grass. He finally went in the back and said it would only cause the issue if there was a light too low where water puddled. I told him it was possible that something was cut and I felt the problem was there instead of the front. He finally went over to the first light and pulled back the grass to find cut lines, causing them to touch. |My issues are...he didn't even check this the first time or the second time. Then he charged us for his time to come out the third time. In my opinion...this was poor customer service. My husband was the one dealing with him when he was finished, because I had to leave. I only found out about him charging us later. |I am not impressed.

Description of Work: The work was done at a property occupied by my son. He was not aware of the price that had been agreed upon before services were done. He charged my son $200. for two hours work. This job should have taken no more than the hour I paid for. I believe they took advantage of my son not knowing the arrangement. This was a matter of installing three light fixtures where old light fixtures were previously. A pro should have had no trouble doing that in an hour.

Description of Work: They did a great job, the only reason I marked them down for a B on one of the categories was because he left a big black mark on the white ceiling after installing one of the lights. The lights look great. The dimmer switch is a nice addition as well, although the switch gets pretty hot when the llight is on and I am not sure of that is normal. I am getting them upgraded to LED in a few weeks by this same company so I will ask that question then. It is $50 per light to get it changed out for LED. I had them do my kitchen too and it also looks great and the added light in there has been awesome.
