This company installed two other fans for me, forgot the electrician's name, but he did a fantastic job. He was quick, neat and the fans work great. Lance who I'm reviewing this time was quick and neat, however the fan doesn't work properly. And I mentioned this to him...the fan wobbles! The faster it goes the more it wobbles. He said I wouldn't notice it after while! After he left I read the manual and looked in the box...the kit to balance the fan was still in it!

The electrician (Lance) was very informative and cordial, as well as proficient and quick. Most of the time used was for showing what we would like estimates on, and he explained our options as well as perceived problems that might occur due to the construction of our home. All in all, it went very well and we are very satisfied with his work, and the estimate he emailed to us.

I purchased a deal here for 4 recessed lights installed. I called first to verify appointment time prior to purchasing and got scheduled for about 2 weeks out. About 2 days later my wife & I decided we wanted 6 lights instead of 4 so I called to inquire on additional cost. I didn't hear back so began to wonder if they would show up at the scheduled time. They did not. I called and spoke with someone who mentioned a scheduling issue. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and scheduled about another week out. I also received the quote for an additional 2 lights. The second appointment time came and the guy showed up on time. He did a great job and less than 3 hours later I had 6 recessed lights in my kitchen. He installed the dimmer and cleaned everything up real nice.

Great! The work was done in about 90min and that's because parts had to be purchased. I was only charged for the parts which wasn't a surprise.

Well, that advertise that they will install 4 lights for 297$, but when they show up, they charged for switch and run wire. That should already be included. I did ask for extra work to be done, not realizing the shoddy work to be completed. So basically it cost me another 600$. I would have to show the breakdown from the invoice. Also they were a week late, said they would be here on 8/15/2016 and never called.

Miguel and his helper arrived on time. After consulting with my wife and I concerning location, Miguel explained what they would be doing. After locating the placement of the lights, he again asked for our approval before starting. They covered the floor with a plastic drop cloths and left the room clean when the were done. The installation took less than 2 hours. A very professional job all around.

Scheduled it on July 30th 2016 for work to be completed on the 15th of August. It is now August 16th, no work is done, no calls, no updates. Poor customer service. Plus the fact Jay Clark has my money.

They came out on time and they put the ceiling fan in. They were quick about it.

This was horrible; it was the first time that I ever had an experience like that. I just got the big deal. The guy showed up. When you hire someone is to help you and you are the person who doesn’t know anything about a lamp or electricity or anything. I just broke a chandelier and he arrived and he told me the chandelier didn’t work and I didn’t have the parts and that’s it, he just left. So I paid for nothing, I just give a gift of $85 to this company. I was so disappointed.

Fabulous experience. I purchased the 4 6-inch can lights installed via the Angie's List offer. I appreciated having the offer details beforehand and there were no surprises there. I was contacted right away for scheduling. The Technician, Miguel, was fabulous. He gave me a heads up when he was close, arrived on-time and worked very efficiently and clean. Miguel answered my questions on whether my set-up would be enough lighting for the room and for an additional charge moved some wiring around for better use of switches, Miguel also gave me a heads-up (& estimate at my request) regarding some work previously done that was not up to code. I had a stress-free experience. The company is as professional as they come and I certainly plan to have additional jobs completed by them.

They did a great job. We have had them come out and do a couple of projects on a remodel that we are working on. We had them do over and above what we asked them to do in the beginning. We were fine with the extra that we paid for it.
