Description of Work: I hired this company through Angie's list. There was a "special" for the company. I was grossly overcharged. I reported this to Angie's list for resolution. The issue was never resolved. I am greatly disappointed in the result of this company and the failure of Angie's list to resolve this problem. I assume there is a record of this interaction in your records. The response from the company was totally inappropriate, accusatory of me personally and not resolved. Needless to say, I have moved on and I am not saying I would never use a company that Angie's list recommended, but the "ball" was certainly dropped on this one.

Description of Work: I had a garage flourescent fixture removed and a flush mount three bulb fixture installed. Done perfectly, no problems.

Description of Work: Replaced a light/fan combo and added an outdoor outlet so we can have landscape lighting and have a place to plug in Christmas lights. I love this company! They are always on time and polite and efficient. I was a little disappointed that the outdoor outlet cover was not the type that allows things to be plugged in and still protects the outlet from moisture. I should have checked what type he was putting in sooner.

Description of Work: Our exterior lighting was not working. Hoped to get operative for Halloween Trick or treaters. Service provider came out to trouble shoot & had another electrician join him who had different equipment. Installed one outdoor light with sensor to replace existing & disabled an interior with they said was causing a cross wire short. Unable to resolve fully but gave suggestions & promised to forward a bid to complete work. Several months & contact from us went unanswered. Bid did finally arrive. By then we had hired a contractor to manage electrical, plumbing & roofing. This electrician is trying to resolve the work done by Desert Mtn Electric (sensor light not installed correctly so it flashes on/off during day). Really nice guys but I'm beginning to wonder if Arizona requires any professional certification for plumbers & electricians. We've had a bad string of luck
