We were very satisfied with their work. The only thing they were not successful with was installing a motion detector lamp. They said that the lamp was too old. They were quick.

They knocked out my list and went above and beyond that even. They also gave me electrical info.

Ran a feed from an existing inside wall switch to my patio ceiling and installed a fan. Representative was a little late but performed the work professionally.

He was here on time actually a little early and he was very pleasant, did a remarkable job, cleaned up after himself so I didn't have to even sweep up after him, answered any question that I had, was the best repair person that I have ever had doing anything on my home. Didn't have to pay anything else, had no hidden charges which that is a really rare thing. I will need further electric things done in my home, like putting fans on my patio and they will surely be the people that I will call for any other electrical work that I might need done on my home. Plus I will surely recommend them to any of my friends.

Troy of Desert Mountain Electric recently installed a new LED light as well as multiple switches, timers and dimmers throughout our home. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, efficient and was able to answer all of my questions. Even though the work involved cutting through dry wall and pulling wires, he was very neat and swept up the debris after the work was done. Prices was very reasonable. Troy provided an estimate to install lights and ceiling fans in our master bathroom, outside patio, garage and living room. I definitely recommend Desert Mountain Electric to anyone contemplating upgrading to LED lights, dimmers, and timer switches. Finally, as a bonus, he was very kind to our dogs! A++++

The electrician was on time, but arrived ill-prepared to do the work. He didn't bring a ladder over 6 feet, and had to use my extension ladder, which created a dangerous situation. All the homes in this area have 12 foot ceilings, so needing a ladder should not have been a surprise to them. The main reason I bought the deal was to have two security lights installed, and after calling his boss to figure out how to do it, the electrician told me there was no access, but they could come back and do a three hour job. So, all I got for my money was an exterior box. Including his phone call, he was here for an hour and a half. I asked if he could credit the last half hour to offset the parts, and he said, "No. Those are two separate things, but I will only charge you our cost for the parts." So, it cost me an extra $30, and I still don't have security lights. I'm very disappointed in this company. RESPONSE TO PROVIDER'S RESPONSE Provider is not being truthful in their response, so I am changing my grade to F. Over the phone, I was NOT asked what height the lights were to be placed. I did not say, "regular". That's absurd. What is "regular" height? Average? Median? In fact, 9 feet would have been fine. I was willing to have the lights installed in the most easily accessible position, and gave him several options. I NEVER asked that the lights be installed at a height of 12 feet! How many security lights are installed at 4 or 5 or even 6 feet? Regardless, I've never dealt with an electric company that arrived without a proper ladder! After they failed to do the job I NEEDED done, I commented that I was getting cheated out of a half hour and would like a credit. Only then did he offer to do something else , at which point I sarcastically said, "Like wash the windows?" I'm pretty sure neither one of us thought that was a serious request, and I never asked him to "start cleaning" my windows. " He had to explain to her that we do not clean windows, and she was not pleased to hear this." That's ridiculous. I would be laughing, except my primary electrical job remains undone, and I'm out $120.

Troy was very knowledgeable and not only performed his job as an electrician well, but also gave me some good advice about my project based on his extensive experience and expertise. He's sharp, personable, professional and a pleasure to work with. It went very well and very fast! Well worth the money! Light was centered over kitchen sink exactly where I wanted it. And Troy did not complain too much after crawling in my newly insulated attic!

It was a very good job.

It went great. They had a coupon offer that I purchased for $89 for two hours of service and it turned out to be exactly two hours that they spent fixing the pump. I only had to pay an extra $20 for the parts! I had a green pool, so it was somewhat of an emergency ... Jay came out to do a quick fix where he got the pool pump working with a temporary fix and then Will came out the next week to fix the wiring to the pool pump timer, which was the permanent fix. They did a great job and were very knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely use them again and requested a bid from them for another job. Thanks guys!

I bought this discounted deal through Angies list and they contacted me right away and treated me as I had paid full price. We made an appointment within a week. Troy showed up on time and was very curtious and professional. What I thought was a big problem turned out to be small and he fixed it super fast. Everything works perfectly now and I'm soooo happy. I will use these guys for future projects :)

The technician (prior military member) showed up at the time agreed upon. He replaced the exterior wall-mounted lights by the garage and front door. He also tightened up a loose outlet. It took less time than I expected, so I kinda lost an hour of the coupon. He did provide some advice on a future project I had in mind.

It worked out very good. They found some problems and came back later and fixed them. The circuit breakers were so old they had to replace them. I would use them again.

He was excellent at providing options to complete the work and very quick.

I was really impressed. I think his name was Troy but he gave me a price on the canisters. he also gave me a quick fix option as well as a longer term fix price. The house is about 20 years old, and he talked about replacing a part of the rims of the canister lights. He went out an got something that he brought in so he could show me the color. He also checked some newer lights in the hallway that were burning out. He fixed the problem and also explained how I could go about avoiding extra costs fixing them in the future. He was just very clear in his explanations about how to go about fixing the problems I had. It gave me some perspective on the costs of several projects. He gave me a number of projects to consider and I was impressed with his knowledge and his professionalism. He also notified me when he was on his way so I appreciated that.

We bought an Angie's Deal for installation of 4 lights. The technician recommended that the room needed 6 lights - he was right. He installed the lights. We had to patch the drywall as was expected and told to us. We had him place the switch in a place where an old switch was located. This caused the lights in the front of the house to not work. I notified the company and the technician came back out the next morning to fix the issue.

The experience was excellent. They left me with a quote for some follow up work, and I am looking for a second bid. All the estimates that they provided were free, and that was good, but I had expected a little more work for the price of the big deal. The price was high for about 15 minutes of work.

service was excellent. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything that he had done and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.

We had to postpone the appointment due medical reasons. We are going to have to get a permit from the city with APS for them to have the work done as well. Desert Mountain does all the work with the city permit and APS so that we do not have to deal with it. They have been cooperative and helpful. They have been working with us very well in getting the appointment scheduled and they will be out this coming Wednesday.

Bought a "big deal" to get some work done and Desert Mountain was great. Showed up right on time and never tried to upsell anything or change the terms of the deal. Did the work exactly as needed and left with everything done and working!
