Service rep said there was insufficient room between my ceiling and roof to install the four recessed light fixtures. Said I should request a refund.

No issues at all. He arrived as scheduled and performed the work without any issues and within the 2 hours.

They were on time, the work went very fast and efficiently and they were very nice. We would use them again. We felt they were very honest and reliable.

First of all, the guy showed up 40 minutes late. When he finally did show up, he didn't have anything he needed on his truck. Then he told me that it would probably take him an hour if I wanted him to go pick up the supplies needed for the work (the BD only covered 2 hours and it was going to be $89/hr for additional time). He went ahead and replaced a previously existing wall switch for a new, wireless one I had purchased but didn't have a cover plate and wanted me to go purchase one (which I didn't do because I was uncomfortable leaving a stranger in my home). There was also a plug that I needed to have replaced on my dryer. He cut off the end but again said that I'd have to go get the plug because he didn't have one (which I was again uncomfortable with so that's been left unfinished as well). In my hallway, there was a light fixture that was hanging lopsided and that I had him adjust. He said he fixed it but then when I checked it, it was still wobbly. When I pointed it out to him, he developed an attitude and refused to do any more work (so he only worked for a total of 40 minutes vs the 2 hours I'd purchased). It's been a horrible experience. Then the woman from the office called and I complained about the situation. She was also rude but said that they'd refund my money.

It was very good, very quality. We were very pleased. He showed up on time. He was professional. He knew exactly what he needed to do and he accomplished it in a very short period of time. He cleaned up and was very neat. The whole experience couldn't have been better.

The job was scheduled for a Monday afternoon. Troy, the service technician, arrived later in the day and we surveyed the job. After determining he would need some additional parts to change out the lights we agreed he would get them and return the following day. The work was completed on Tuesday without any complications. I was satisfied with the job done and would hire the firm again if needed. Troy was competent and a pleasure to have in my home.

Troy came and assessed my kitchen lighting because I wanted more light above my sink. I ended up getting 5 recessed lights in the kitchen area and the LED ones to hopefully save money and energy. They look great and Troy was excellent.

It went fine. We bought a deal. No problems. I thought that old fuses would be replaced but no fuses were replaced, . apparently they were okay as they were. None had blown prior to the servic. The worker was pleasant and professional. Having everything labeled clearly is helpful. The old labeling was pretty hard to decipher.

All the times that I used Desert Mountain it went consistently well. The first time I used Desert Mountain was to install updated electrical connector devices throughout my home because I have aluminum wiring. There was initially a misunderstanding of what type of connectors I wanted but DM quickly corrected the misunderstanding and ordered the requested devices and were very prompt in coming back out to my house and installing them. They were so professional and did such an excellent job that I used them to also install two lights on the outside of my garage and that went very well, too. I am extremely happy with the results. I also used DM to install a fan in my living room where there was no prior electrical hook up. Because I have a flat roof the installation required some dry wall to be removed from my ceiling and wall. This all was explained to me in detail so there were no surprises in what would need to be fixed. I was also given a name of a drywall person to repair the holes that had to be made. I am thrilled with the results of the appearance of my living room plus the fan is also connected to a dimmer switch which is very convenient. Lastly, DM put in a surge protector. I was told again in great detail what to do in case of a major surge and how to get the protection that I need. Overall, I would highly recommend DM electric for anyone looking to get professional and knowledgeable electrical work plus it was completed for a very reasonable cost.

It went GREAT. It was a pleasure speaking with Ms. T on the phone and having Troy in my house. I was expecting to see a $20 credit on my charge but that never happened. I was told they would honor the $69 price but I was charged $99 for the same time. I never realized the difference when Troy was here since I was happy to see the outcome. I did write a reply to their bill but never heard back. Its a real shame because I was really satisfied with the Tech.

Did a nice, effective and efficient job. Liked his work and level of professionalism.

On 2nd visit, installed seven outlets throughout the house plus a light on the back patio. On the 3rd visit, they installed wiremold with outlets under the picture window in living room near computer to clear up wire clutter. Installed additional outlet on outside front shed. Very impressed with the service I received from Troy. If I could give an A+ on my overall experience, the price, quality of work, responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism, I definitely would. I would not hesitate to use their services again if needed.

Arrived early after calling to make sure that was OK. Found the problem and fixed it in 30 minutes.

They were excellent, very sharp people, very good, very thorough, great. I would hire these folks myself, because they were thorough. They spoke with me as well. I was kind of trying to run an inference there for her. They were excellent. They sent me photos to show me what a mess she had. It was terrific. They were terrific. They are very professional. They are experienced. I would say that they are also honest. They are good. They recommended work to be done. I think they were willing to work with her. I felt that their estimate was a good one. It was an inspection and I would say it was very thorough. I would have no hesitation to have them at all.

Will was in and out in 1 hour. He installed 3 ceiling fans. I have had him do work for us in the past and will do so again in the future.

I responded to an Angie's List email for $99 for two hours of electrical service. I needed a new ballast for one of three kitchen fluorescent fixtures in the kitchen. I asked about updating the lighting since my fixtures were based on an outdated electrical standard. I decided to expand the scope of the work. Desert Mountain referred me to a drywaller to cover the recessed opening . Desert Mountain then came back and installed five LED can fixtures. The kitchen looks more modern and I am happy with the result.

Troy was prompt, professional, and very polite. He did a fantastic job with the lights and dimmer. I was very impressed with him and definitely ask for him again as I plan on having more lights put in and a few other things done. I am very thrilled with the lights and feel the price was so good for me as well. What a difference it makes in the room!

Technician obviously knew what he was doing - fast, professional and meticulous. Would definitely hire again. I used a deal they had listed on Angie's list to get this great price

Fine. Except I did not see the receipt for the items he bought (plates and switches.) I forgot to ask. Would have been good if he offered to show me.

The service guy was prompt and very courteous. The Billiard light was missing some brackets so the service guy went to Home Depot to retrieve the necessary items. He was back in no time and the light was installed quickly.

I'm replacing the storage cabinets in my garage to make it more useful as a workshop. I have a 15 amp GFCI circuit and a dedicated 20 amp freezer circuit. The 20 amp is nice for power tools, so I asked the technician to pull from there and add two additional outlet boxes to the work area. I also had a switch installed for under cabinet lighting. As always there were a couple of surprises in the walls, but the tech easily overcame them and with both of us pushing and pulling the wire the job went really quick. I purchased a two hour special and we were done with a half hour to spare.
