It was good and bad. They were polite and did everything on my list that I needed done. They found that there was a couple of things that weren't capped off, so that was nice. The only thing, and it could be on me for not communicating, but we were changing a switch to be a dimmer, and somehow now the outlet in that wall is controlled by that switch. I'm not sure if it was their fault, or the fault of the wiring because it is an old house. I am having another electrician come back to fix that outlet. I don't know if it was something he made a mistake on or if that's how it is. They were pleasant and professional. They were on time and quick. They were overall good. The rest of the work turned out perfect.

Work went smoothly and quickly and even included fixing a loose outlet box and squeezed in new a doorbell.

Trip (his name) was extremely professional; his work was efficient and quickly done. No mess was left after his work.

He arrived on time and fixed the wiring on the ceiling fan and inspected a second ceiling fan to see if it needed rewiring as well, but it was OK. Since he had time left over, he replaced some wall switches with new paddle switches.

On the first visit, the technician changed both breakers as well as the outlet behind the washing machine. He was quick and efficient, but unfortunately, this did not address the issue, so we called the office and asked for a return visit. Jay (the owner) came out himself and was able to quickly find a lose connection at the panel, and this fixed the washing machine outlet. Jay then diagnosed the issue with the refrigerator, which was a bad outlet. Unfortunately, this outlet is behind a built in refrigerator and was very very difficult to access. Jay took the time to carefully work through and get it done. He wouldn't take payment for the return visit or his time, but said that as the owner, "it was his job to make it right". That kind of good customer service is really hard to find these days, but is much appreciated. Both of our appliances are back up and running, and I know who I'll call the next time I need an electrician!

The guys arrived on time, were professional, and did a great job. They worked quickly, and the lighting is perfect. Very happy with the results! Only thing I would ask next time is that they cover the furniture with thicker plastic, to protect from fiberglass dust in the ceiling.

The electrician was very prompt and courteous. After a brief inspection, he informed me that the system was fine and it was probably just bad bulbs. I ordered the bulbs, installed them, and still...only one light works (and it's on a random schedule of some kind so the timer is obviously not working properly). I emailed the company, explained that the landscape lighting was still not functioning, and requested a revisit. I never heard back. :(

Very well! This is the second time I have employed Desert Mountain Electric for this particular installation and Lance did a great job on all fronts. I have a number of electrical projects and have already purchased additional time with this firm to do the work. Highly recommended.

I made an appointment with them and it was a no show. They made me take time off of work (and lose money) and wait around for an hour and a half and didn't even bother to show up. When I called they told me that they are "30 minutes" away after already waiting an hour. This is unprofessionalism at its best.
