Jay Clark was very efficient he did a great job. The only problem I had is when I called and asked if I should do the one hour deal or the two hour deal I was told to do the two hour. Jay took all of 15 minutes to install the outlet so I wasted 20 dollars getting the two hour deal.

"Sorry, it is really hard to determine the time frame when we cannot troubleshoot the problem over the phone. If I would have said one hour instead of 2, I might have got the same review. This is why we do not like to make judgment calls when we are not sure exactly what a problem is entirely. However, on the brighter note, he was able to help you with other concerns that you had with the extra time. I am sorry that I estimated wrong for you."

It was alright but I had him do some other works like putting in the floor mount, floor box in the living room, they only did so-so on that. But the other one's alright. When they did the concrete work, it's not the prettiest thing in the world. My interactions are good with them. I got electricity in the floor mount, it's just kind of cock-eyed, that's all. They came when they said, no problem. Maybe I will use them again.

Had to change appt. time twice because of closing dates on condo. They were excellent to work with on date and time change. Electrician was very professional and fixture had a few problems with lack of room for wires in fixture but worked to make sure it was secure. so it took extra time. Would definitely use again.

It went very well. He came out and did an initial assessment that I used an Angie's List deal for. And then after the mini split had been installed he came and hooked up the electrical line. He was professional, arrived on time and had the work done quickly.

The serviceman showed up well after the appointment.I requested the service to look at GFI outlets. The serviceman arrived in his private vehicle because, he said, the service truck broke down; therefore he had no tools to test the GFI. He, basically, had no tools to do anything. So he wasted some time and finally installed a fan. What a waste of money.

"We attempted several times to contact the Angie's member daughter, whom she purchased the coupon for, but was given an incorrect number. I did message her to inform her to have her daughter call us. When she did, we were there the next day for service. However, our electricians van did have a mechanical issue (the engine went out) but he followed through with his appointment. He did the service work requested. Sometimes mechanical things like this occur, but we did fulfill our obligation. I would have been more than happy to talk with you if I would have known there was a problem."

He arrived on time; called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled...He spent additional time troubleshooting the problem. Professional and courteous but also personable. When an electrical issue concerned after he left, he was back the next day to remedy the problem.

Very satisfied. The service man was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to spend the extra time to make sure the trouble shooting of the issues in the front yard was thorough and accurate. I would definitely use them again.
