This company takes over 100 calls a day. If I am on the phone with a homeowner, my phone will prompt you to leave a message. I do returns calls, the same day, typically within a half hour. One thing people do not realize, and maybe you fall into this category, but many of our calls are not just AL member's scheduling, but regular service calls and emergency service calls. I tend to many emergencies on a daily basis, with homeowners who are without electric, thus causing their AC to go out as well. When I am on the phone in a situation like this, I am not going to answer the other line. I need to collect very important information and get this taken care of immediately. I do not want anyone without a electric, causing hardship, such as not being able to provide food, due to a refrigerator being out, or having no AC. Please excuse me briefly, so I can attend to such matters, but everyone gets scheduled and called back on my watch. As far as the drywall issues, it is up to the AL member to read all FINE PRINT with their purchases. You will see that it does sate we are not responsible for such repair. But as a courtesy to our members, I remind them of this so that their are no surprises the day of their service. If you cannot appreciate it, like many of the members do, I am sorry. Make sure you do read all fine print, that is why it is there. You have to be licensed to perform such a trade and because we are electricians, we are not licensed in that field. It is done as a courtesy for the homeowners to protect them, not us.
