After some confusion caused by the fact that I forgot to provide my address, Will arrived on Friday morning, discussed our lighting needs, and went straight to work. about an hour and a half later, he was done and everything looked great and worked perfectly. The can lights are the run-of-the-mill 65-watt bulbs so the amount of light produced could be better. Will suggested upgrading to LED lighting for an additional $50 per light installed. I declined pending my wife's input. We will evaluate the upgrade after the "new" has worn off of this install. The only thing left to do was repair the holes left from the original fixtures which I have started myself. Overall, Will did an outstanding job and is an asset to Desert Mountain Electric.

It was very good. They checked some electrical not working in the master bath and outside in a rental property.

fixed some outlets. The service provider was very nice, competent, professional. He could not do the more elaborate job of moving a light outlet in my kitchen ceiling (would have taken too much time--more money), so I asked if he would fix a couple outlets at my daughter's next door, since I had a lot of time left. He did do that, which was so helpful. We both can now use outlets and fans we could not earlier. My only complaint was that he was too eager to leave, when I may have been able to think of something else for him to look at with the time i still had left that I had paid for.

I purchased a 1 hour deal for $69.00 from Desert Mountain Electrical, Will called ahead to ask if it was okay if he was early, it was fine with me. So he was an hour early! I always appreciate a service repairman who is honest and upfront about his work. Will was able to repair everything and explained what would need to be replaced if the problems arose again. He saved me the cost of replacing recessed lighting which just needed a small piece of metal bent back into place in each receptacle. Others might have told me to buy new fixtures. Will was pleasant, efficient, professional and all that a homeowner appreciates. He was here less than an hour!

This turned out fine. I wanted them to check all of my outlets and if needed, to replace them all. The electrician told me the wiring was good and checked all of them, but he only had to replace two of them. It saved me a lot of money! If they would have replaced all of them, I would be out of a lot! I had an excellent electrician. He was up front and he was done before the two hours was up.

I had recently moved and I was vacuuming and my power kept turning off. He came out and told me that everything was just overloaded. He was nice and friendly. He looked around in my fuse box and my outside unit. He made some other suggestions on what I could do to save on my electrical bill. He also called me later and followed up with some names of providers that I could call about a central unit. I now have his business card up on the refrigerator and the would be the first company I would call.

It turned our pretty well. Ultimately, the price turned out to be a bit higher when I added a few things on to the service. I had a sheetrocker follow behind them, but they should measure 2x and cut 1x. Scheduling wasn't a problem. The tech was really nice -- my wife was comfortable having him in the home.

Everything turned out well. Scheduling was simple and easy, the technician was punctual and courteous, and the lights were installed without issue.

Based on my experience, I wouldn't call anybody but Desert Mountain. Will went above and beyond the call of duty even though I had never worked with Desert Mountain Electrical or Will before. I received a call from my landscaper on a hot 114 degree Friday afternoon while I was out of town. He informed me that my grass and plants were dying from lack of water. He said that the water timer didn't seem to be getting electricity. I was aware that a breaker had worn out and wouldn't snap back into place. I intended to call someone as soon as I got back into town late the following week but I didn't realize that particular circuit was attached to the watering system for the yard. Since I was out of town and was told that I would lose my yard if I didn't do something quickly, I needed help now. Desert Electric acted immediately and put me in contact with Will. Will agreed to go over immediately, get into the key safe, unlock the house, go into the garage and manually unlock and open the garage door (for light) and track down the problem. He stayed in contact the whole time via cell phone. After he found and fixed a faulty connection from an improperly installed fluorescent light in the garage, he went out and bought a new breaker and installed it. Then, he closed the garage door, locked the front door, put the key back into its safe and went on to his next call. This all took no longer than an hour. This was one of those situations where I could have really been taken advantage of with the charges. They were so nice and fair. Highly, highly recommended. Thank you so much

One electrician showed up and hung up 2 lights for me. He did what he said he was going to. He was nice and professional. He also gave me advice and gave me other suggestions on what else I could do.

This was fine. They did a lot of work while they were here. They switched out some outlet and light plates. They also installed well over 2 dozen canned lights. They were very responsive and helpful. They helped me determine what I needed and where I needed it.

He was prompt, answered all my questions and fixed as many electrical issues on my list in the 2 hours I paid Angie's for.

I was contacted about the service on several occasions. The technician was sent to the wrong address but that was quickly straightened out and the new technician was on time and di quick work of diagnosing the problem on the one light and installing 2 additional lights.

We had told specifically that we needed to install and hook up our fat screen TV & speakers and check/adjust electrical outlets after backsplash installation. We also talked to the lady who scheduled the service regarding the job detail and to make sure the electrician could do it. But the guy who came was a handy man with no idea how the speakers are hooked up. He helped with putting the wall mount bracket in. That took an hour and half. He did not even take out the outlets to check /adjust the electrical connection. We realized he was not a qualified electrician so used rest of the half hour to put up the pool q rack. Nice guy...but poor in expertise

Troy was the Electrician that showed up to do the work. He was very prompt, actually he called to see if he could start early, but I was busy and we stuck to the agreed time of the appointment. Troy removed the old fixtures, assembled the 2 new fixtures, and installed them. We are VERY pleased. It was a pleasure to have such great work and professionalism. Troy used booties on his shoes, and cleaned up. Perfect!

I felt like it was a bait and switch. The work was great but they ended up giving me the more expensive light without showing me the cheaper light. It just caught me off guard and added an extra $216 onto the bill. He was three hours late and he didn't clean up that well after himself.

On time,polite,willing,competent....what more can you ask!

Troy was really great. Nice guy- very competent. I called on a Thursday and they had someone here on Monday morning. I never hired an electrician in the past- so unaware of what average cost is. Total cost of $341 for 2 new outdoor outlets and replacement of one- I think was fair. I'm very pleased to have the additional outlets- and the one replaced. I would use them again...

Will called to tell me he was on his way. He was very prompt. He came in to assess the job then brought in his tools and ladder. It only took an hour and he did a wonderful job putting the new fans in.
